Terrible customer service! The lady doing my eyebrows was on her phone the whole time and then took a chunk out of one of my eyebrows and made it way too thin! And when I brought this up to her she proceeded to argue with me about it, saying that section was missing when I walked in! I will never be back and recomend you all do the same! read more

So disappointed with their service. The short fat lady with the frizzy hair in a ponytail has the worst attitude. She rolls her eyes. She misses spots. Is unhappy when you ask her to go over a spot again. Doesn't clean up properly so you still have hair stuck in your eyes and on your face when you are leaving. You never get the same eyebrows shape. It was different the first time (thick & square edges). Perfect the second time (loved the arch). Totally messed up the third time (short and rounded edges). Never coming back here. I would give it 5 stars but when I got home I had to pluck quite a few that didn't come off and as much as I know that Browns are sisters not twins I still would have had them at least the same shape one was round and the other pointy BUT that is how my brows grow so I still love it. This place is next to Belk inside the Mall of Georgia right? The short, chubby lady messed up my eyebrow like seriously? I just asked for one little fix up and she took off my eyebrow and made it worst. I am visiting from out of state and just wanted a clean-up. Should be simple and easy. When she was done I was satisfied and told her it looks great except there is ONE tiny hair that is sticking out of my left eyebrow. I told her to just remove that single strand of hair sticking out on the bottom for me. I expected her to grab a tweezer and pluck it out but instead she tells me to sit back again and threads it off and when I looked at my eyebrow again the second time she made it crooked, it was uneven and looks worse than before I walked into the salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MF PLACE AGAIN when I visit GA. What an incompetent worker with no common sense. Like, really? You had to continue to thread for one strand of hair that can easily be plucked with a tweezer? I am so SICK and TIRED of people who don't know jack sh*t about beauty yet works in the beauty industry. Have some common sense! read more

I waited 4 weeks to get my eyebrows done and wow, horrible. I have never gone to this place before today but I am so glad I did! I had makeup on, which made my eyebrows look Completely different compared to what I want. No wait, walked right in (7:45pm on a Saturday night), the girl was friendly and did my eyebrows EXACTLY how I wanted them. When will I ever learn???? Let me just say, you get what you pay for. I had an interview in the next couple hours and I knew I couldn't walk in with these werewolf brows I've been purposely been growing out for the last 6 months. I'd recieved a few quotes from some reputable brow artists in the area, but I just wasn't in a position to pay $30 to have my brows shaped (now I wish that I had). In a rush decision I went to the closest brow place I could find, boy was that a mistake! I showed a picture of what I wanted to the lady doing my brows and I explained to her that I'd been growing them out because I wanted thick brows, and she acknowledged that she understood. In about 3 minutes she handed me a mirror and told me that she was done. Much to my shock, half of my eyebrows were gone and I was left with pencil brows, exactly what I didn't want. Guess I'll be growing them out for the next year and a half. Maybe it's just not meant for me to have nice brows. My advice, do your research and if it costs more for someone who actually knows what they are doing, chalk it up and pay it. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 7 years now and have been to countless salons for threading and this is by far the worst. I came in because the place I go to is 15 min drive and wanted to give something closer to my house a try and was highly disappointed. I have thick arched eyebrows and I explained how I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and emphasized I didn't want them rounded. She started showing an attitude and said she rudely said she wouldn't make them round. Not only did she make them round when I asked her to fix them she started making a big deal and telling me she didn't make them round. Then I asked her to take my suggestion on how to fix it and she made them worse and unmatched. So I left because I didn't want her to thin out my eyebrows any further and make them any more worse than she already had. Not only that she left little cuts which I've never had, she didn't even correctly get all the hair. Do yourself a favor and head over to Ruby's Beauty Center. They actually listen to you and charge only $6 compared to the awful service and behavior here. Very unprofessional. read more

I went to arches on 4.22 and had my eyebrows threaded and also scheduled a facial for Thur (4.28). I am excited, go to my scheduled appt at 11:30a and the technician states that they don't do facials on Tues and Wed. Ok, I say today is Thurs and tell her this is a scheduled service. She says well I am the only one here and can't do a facial. I told her this is totally UNACCEPTABLE and they just lost a customer. I drive home and she calls to say she can call another location. Ok..any discount or compensation for my inconvenience! I rather find a professional place that respects customers time. read more

I have been going there for a few years. Today, I accidentally left my raybans on the vanity while I was getting my eyebrows threaded. When I came back 20 minutes later to ask them about it, the lady that threaded my eyebrows said she asked the following customer if they were hers, and the customer said yes and took them. The other threading lady thought it was funny that my sunglasses were stolen, and started laughing. I called the mall security and they had no footage, so we called the cops and he is going to be looking into it, as we have the name of the person that took it. They do not record any of their surveillance inside the mall of ga The THREADS location, so do not forget anything in there. Once again, the cop was very helpful, and wanted to talk to the owner but she was too busy to help. They have lost my business. read more

They ruined my eyebrows!! I had eyebrow threading done And It was absolutely horrible. I trusted them with my eyebrows and they screwed it ip. Would not recommend. They made one eyebrow too thin and the other thick. It took forever for the thin one to grow out. And they make it overpriced too. Never coming here again. read more

So I wanted to try threading for my upcoming wedding. Waxing leaves me red and breaks out my skin. Process was quick, but those who say this is not painful either have a very high tolerance to pain or had a better tech than I did. Waxing is much less painful in my opinion. This is sharper pain and lasts longer as it takes them a while to do it. This is not something I would do if I had somewhere to go as I still have redness a few hours later. She barely said a word. Her only question was "Just a clean up?". I said yes and that was it. It was $10.00 for the brow. She did try to sell me on the lip as well, but I don't need it so I said no. I guess can't blame the gal for trying. The shape is very nice and looks clean. We will see if I get any breakouts like I do from waxing. If not, I will do it again. read more
