I had a very concerning experience at this business. I was given a price before service, but when…read moreit came time to pay, I was charged $16 more than what I was originally told. My sister also experienced the same issue and was quoted one price but charged a different, higher amount. Additionally, there was an issue with the tip on my sister's transaction. She left a 20% tip, but the amount was later manually adjusted to a significantly higher total (26$ was wanting to be left, $66 for a TIP was charged) without clear explanation or consent. Overall, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, and no posted price list was available. Because of the discrepancies and concerns about the charges, police were ultimately called to the scene. I would recommend that others be cautious and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before receiving services here.

The technician was pleasant and serviced me right away. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the job. The eyebrows were too thick and uneven...the technician also noticed that my brows were not satisfactory and offered to take a percentage off my service. I still paid the total amount and told the technician she can keep the extra in tip. However I will not be back. Update: I went home to attempt to add concealer to correct the eyebrows so that I could go out in public and the brows instantly came off. I've had henna brow tinting before and have never been able to wipe the brows off. I'm thankful because I don't have to walk around looking silly but it's not the service I paid for.

I have tried out this salon for a few months now. I really really wanted to like them because they…read morehave a convenient location, however, if you have microblading this is not the salon for you. Microbladders usually start the fronts of your eyebrows slightly further apart to permit natural front growth. This means that there are hairs infront and the ink starts a little bit further in the actual brow. Today, the fronts of my eyebrows completely threaded off because the threader wasn't aware that she should follow my natural shape - not take out hairs until where my actual microblading starts. I made it a point to tell the salon on numerous occasions not to remove the fronts too far back. Unfortunately, today who ever did my eyebrow took off a huge chunk and now I am missing the front of my eyebrow. She also took away a lot of hairs within my brows so it looks like I have patches missing.
