Reo knew exactly what the problem was, walked us through the fix, and had my friend up and running with everything verified in under 20 minutes. He was patient and friendly the whole time. Triad Refrigeration came to my house and gave me a diagnosis on my refrigerator. The parting words…read morewere, "now, if that doesn't solve the problem, give us a call back." Well, I did and they would not return my phone call. Finally, I resorted to contacting the more expensive authorized repair service for my brand refrigerator. After 30 minutes, the technician diagnosed the problem which, unfortunately, is going to cost me a new refrigerator. This second technician took the time to explain and show me the exact problem (for which I have some knowledge). Had Triad bothered to take the panel off inside the freezer, they would have seen that the evaporative coils were hopelessly iced up, indicating that the system had some sort of blockage. Thank you, Triad Refrigeration, for ripping me out of $50 for nothing!
