Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability. - I'd like to clarify the sequence of events, as the version shared in your response doesn't accurately reflect what happened. I had a lash lift 8 weeks ago not "a few" which, based on previous communication from your studio, is within the standard timeframe. The technician only asked about my prior treatment after I was already lying down on the table. I came in without an appointment and asked if I could do a consultation. She let me know there was already one in the system, so I explained I just wanted to go over what happened last time. She listened and responded, "We can do your lashes today." At no point was I advised to wait or postpone the treatment. With this being the second time I've experienced lash damage here, I'm concerned about the pattern of placing responsibility back on the client. I've also reached out via Instagram, since your emails are bouncing--happy to continue the conversation there and work toward a resolution. -- This review is for their lash lifts. I've been to this studio three times. The first time was amazing. Kayla (who I don't believe works there anymore) gave me the best lash lift I've ever had. The second time, I forgot to select a specific tech and ended up with someone who completely damaged my lashes. They were frazzled, bent, and over-processed. When I gave feedback, I was told it was bec of my eye shape which felt like an odd way to deflect responsibility. Thankfully, Kayla was able to fix it a few days later. A year later, I decided to give the studio one more try after seeing they now had a "master lash artist." Honestly, I came back because it's the closest one to me and I was hoping things had improved. I even came in ahead of time to explain what happened previously to make sure it doesn't happen again. She was kind and seemed to listen, but the overall result looked messy and uneven. She asked if I liked it, and I honestly wasn't sure how to respond. It didn't look right, but I also wanted to give it time to settle. I said I'd wait it out since she reassured me I could come back, but realistically, a service like this should be done right the first time. This is the only lash place I've ever had to return to for a fix. Normally, you get the service once and it's done correctly. The studio is clean and the staff are nice, but the inconsistency and lack of quality control are unacceptable.

They have a bunch of different locations which is very convenient. My lash girl was Mandy. She is sooo sweet and funny. I usually fall asleep when I get my lashes done, but we chatted almost the entire time. The entire process took about 2 hours and she actually almost got an extension on every lash!!! I've had previous lash extensions done at other places where they haven't looked as full and I can see that they missed a lot of my lashes when I use a magnified mirror. Mandy made my lashes look fantastic.... long, full and dramatic just how I like them. I waited a week to do my review, as it takes a few days before I can tell whether or not the lashes were done correctly (I've had previous ones where they look great the 1st day, and either twisted or fell off by the 2nd day). It's been exactly a week since I had them done, and they still look great and I've only had a few fall off. Although I did use an amazon deal, I did look at their normal prices on their website, and have very competitive prices, in my opinion. Their prices are actually a tad bit cheaper than my normal lash place. I will definitely come back here and have already referred my sister to have her lashes done by Mandy.
