I have been coming here since they opened. At first it was great with very professional employees. Now they all chat in their native language which is rude and not professional. It is not clean. They push their packages and every time I go my remaining packages do not match with the receipt from my last visit - I usually have more visits remaining - so their bookkeeping is not accurate. This last visit i went in for a lash ring and the girl started wiping my brows - which I had just tinted at the hair salon earlier - and now she is trying to wipe it off. Ridiculous. When I use the remaining packages I have I will find another place for threading and tinting. They are in a good location and have the potential for a good business but need to get back to the way they were when they started. read more

I had a microdermabrasion and I really didn't get the results that I have received at another medical spa. I understand why it is so much more affordable here. I fully expected to get a deep cleansing facial before I got my microdermabrasion and they didn't do that. My glow lasted two days after I got over how dry and sensitive my skin was. When I had it done at another facility I felt that I had a beautiful glow for months after my treatment. I asked my technician how often I should have this treatment done and she said every 4-6 weeks and my previous medical spa (connected to my dermatologist office) told me every 4-6 months. The staff were just lovely but the results were not what I expected. It was just a waste of my money. read more

Unfortunately, this visit was not a pleasant one for me. I bought the Extreme Lashes and complained about the lashes not lasting to my expectations. I complained about my ONE eye not looking as well my other. I felt that my complaint was brushed off and get attitude with their technician. Although my fill, made it look better, I'm just not happy. Additionally, Arch Brow' also incorporates a policy for their refills every week or every two weeks. I researched this with other salons (who service Extreme Lashes) and their policy is not as regimented. Needless to say, I will not go back to Arch Brows for my refills on Extreme Lashes. I discovered this threading place about 3 years ago and have been going here ever since. I usually come here for an eyebrow threading and I had a couple of facials done over the years. This is the only place that I go to when it comes to eyebrows and I prefer to have Sana or Kay to do it simply because they always get it right. In the past, I have tried some other technician at this same exact location but she ended up over plucking my eyebrows. Since then, I only come here when my go to techs are working. I find their prices to be affordable and I usually get their facial package when they run specials. If you live in the area, I highly recommend this place. I used to have my eyebrows waxed before I found this place and now, I'd never go back to waxing ever again. Watch Out! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!Lies, lies, lies! I have been going here for years and had great service until recently. Note: every time I booked a service with one tech I would arrive and be reassigned to a person I had never met or requested which is issue #1. Issue #2 - I went in for an eyelash refill. The tech glued my eyelids SHUT! I was terrified. I immediately called the manager to let her know at which she offered to re-do them 'herself'. I had to miss a company event and take care of my eyes for 3 days. Issue #3 - I called to reschedule almost everyday and was told that there were no openings through the holidays. Issue #4 - I finally got rescheduled, arrived on time and again was assigned another tech and NOT the manager! Faith, a brand new tech did my lashes and they were PERFECT. However, Issue #5 - after my appointment, the tech called the manager (who by the way did Not show up bc she extended her vacation - Issue #6) to confirm the charges. I reminded her of our conversation and that she already said that it was a comp/courtesy to resolve them gluing my eyelids SHUT. Issue #7 - The manager decided to charge me $200 instead of the courtesy fix. She told me that I took too long to reschedule with her... I let her know that I called everyday and that this was the earliest they would book me. Not only did she not personally show up to fix my lashes, but then decided to charge me for a full set after the tragic event I endured of my eyelids being glued shut!!! I have over $500 worth of prepaid services here and most likely will not return to use those services! Note - I experienced issues with other services too but it was never to the extreme of them gluing my eyelids shut! - Issue #8 Shame on you Arch Brow Keller, TX location! Stay AWAY if you want to leave with both your eyebrows in tact!! My neighbor highly recommended this place. I wanted waxing, not threading. The girl was irritated after she tried anyway to thread my eyebrows. I told her again and again I wanted waxing. She finally brought me to a different room. Waxed my eyebrows, she literally waxed off 1/4 of my eyebrow. I asked the receptionist to have someone fix it, the girl she sent me to LAUGHED in my face!!! Yes, laughed. I walked back up front, the receptionist then called the owner. The owner told me not to pay and would issue several credits onto my account. After being stuck there for over an hour, no one wanted to touch my eyebrows to fix them and I had to go somewhere else to try and fix what she did. Weeks later, my neighbor who told me to go there in the first place... Wound up having the same girl who laughed in my face take off a HUGE chunk of her eyebrow!! The girl came out to the lobby where I was sitting waiting and was talking to another technician in another language and at the end said "go fix it" in English. At that time my friend was already walking to the front asking for a manager. That technician stood in the lobby arguing with my friend. Again they had to call the owner, that same girl got so irritated was making comments in whatever language they speak and walked off giving us dirty looks. If you want your eyebrows at the end.... I used to love this place. I considered myself a regular. I went in this afternoon to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. I've been growing my eyebrows out for 4 months to have thicker, fuller brows. I told the woman to trim them because I have an event. She was rough on my brows (and lip) and when I got up to see them they were not trimmed, they were reshaped to a shape that wasn't my natural shape. I didn't say anything. I just left, got in the car and cried. I went from 80's Brooke Shields to 2008 Lohan. Not good. I guess I'll be using a brow pencil now. I'm not sure if I'll be back. /: read more

This a great salon! I've become a regular customer for my monthly threading and occasional extras when there's a special event. It's very clean, and all the staff treats me great! My eyebrows look amazing when theyre done, and they're super gentle with my wimpy self. I've never had to wait more than a minute or so as a walk in, and I always feel great when I leave. I have had two Pumpkin facials here with a microderm inbetween and I have seen a big difference in my skin. It is much clearer, bighter and makeup looks better than ever. Nadia is very skilled at putting the extreme lashes on also but this treatment does require some maintinence by you so do tyhe research and keep that in mind. One of the many things I love about this salon is the package deals they have it really saves you some money. When I asked she said it was 30 min. I checked the time before she was starting. She did not do well. I am not happy with her service. If she had done well would have gone again. Sorry in advance for the wall of text "There's nothing I can do" Pretty much sums up my experience. I'm not sure if it was because I used a Groupon, the esthetician had a really off day, or if this location needs to review its practices, but I have never got so many ingrown hairs that have taken so long to take care of -I'm still trying to get rid of many of them! I was taken into a tiny room off to the side. It seemed like a converted closet. There was barely any room to get around and it made me a bit claustrophobic. I tried to control my breathing and thought to myself "it's just been awhile since you've had your pubic hair ripped out of your body, don't freak out, you've done this before". No sooner did I get my breathing down when the hot wax was globbed on without any warning about the temp. (Now it had been a while between waxing sessions but I've been trimmed prior to waxing in some trouble areas where the esthetician thought the length might cause more irritation) She kept complaining about the thickness of my follicles and length. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be able to do about that while i'm in the bed naked from the waist down. I'm literally in one of the most vulnerable positions having to apologize -essentially- for my genes. The process continued rather slowly like she was deriving pleasure from watching my pain in between pulls. The area was so small she didn't even have space to thoroughly inspect her work. When she handed me the mirror confident in her job done, I noticed a glaringly obvious missed patch and had to point it out to her. When she finished again she put baby powder. BABY POWDER on the area. I don't know what rock this company has been working under that they still allow the use of baby powder on such a delicate, sensitive, raw area. A product that has been linked to ovarian cancer. That caught me completely off guard and was almost as alarming as her pushy sales tactic. I didn't even get to put my underwear on before she launched into her spiel about buying a wax package of x amount of sessions. Being the meek person that I usually am, I gave the reason that I wanted to see how my results looked before spent 100$+. I got dressed and left to pay. I don't even know why I tipped or why I didn't say anything to the receptionist (actually, it was probably because the waiting room was full and I am a self-conscious lady). Full disclosure: I received the wax September 9th. I'm still dealing with the ingrown hairs and am kicking myself for not saying something sooner but hopefully better late than never. The impetus for this review was the conversation I had with an employee today when I had a talk and asked about ingrown hairs (how often they hear complaints, how they recommend to deal with them). The lady informed me that waxing doesn't cause ingrown hairs it actually helps remove them and blamed it on my lifestyle habits. She did try to sell me on their laser hair removal service though. When I let her know I couldn't afford laser hair removal (nor would I from them) and asked how I could otherwise deal with the task at hand she gave no new information (exfoliate/scrub, keep the area dry, tweeze the hairs out). If that's all I can do. Then so be it, but it really got to me that when I told her my experience her response was "we use the powder to get the hairs off. We'll ask in the future if people want it." I tried as calmly as I could to let her know that wasn't the point. She looked up my appointment and let me know that the esthetician has 10 years of experience. Oh, she also offered me 50% off a service -I'm assuming waxing- but other than that, there's nothing she can do. I don't know how in/correct she is about ingrown hairs (I'm going to need to do more research) but my eating hadn't really changed from the the wax I had prior. Even if it's not a 100% link between cancer and baby powder in the genital region, I still don't think it's worth the risk especially because the skin is in such a vulnerable state there and they could be literally patting talc into the vagina. If an esthetician with 10 years of experience operates like that then there is no way I am risking another wax. I feel like it was a knee jerk reaction to tip. I always make sure to tip generously when I use a Groupon and I regret this instance and I regret waiting so long to say something. read more

I like mine full, thick, and so I wait everytime to go like a month so I can grow them back because they do them tooooo thin. everytime I say I want them like yours just clean them up and everytime they do them thin.... ugh! so frustrating that I may have to go back to plucking them myself... yuck read more

I went in for a Brazilian and underarm wax and eyebrow threading. Threading is great - no more painful than waxing, faster, and I like that it doesn't hurt your skin. My eyebrows were great. If I was reviewing this service alone I would give 4 stars. The waxing - I would only give one star and that is for the pleasant personality of the person working on me - I already forgot her name. I had kind of a lot of hair left in both places so I still had to go home and shave. I've had a brazilian wax several times and never had this problem, even when I went to a cosmetology school. Besides that, the room was small and awkward. It looks like they moved into a space that used to some other kind of business and that's fine - I understand you have to utilize the space you have but this tiny closet room was a problem because it was dirty and there was no place to put my belongings. There probably isn't room for a tall locker but some hooks on the wall or a shelf in place of the small dirty end table would do. Once undressed I was instructed to put on a fabric thing - basically a large skirt - up to my armpits, which is also fine but it didn't look clean either. I think it's great to go "green" and not create a whole bunch of paper waste for every service but don't give me something that looks like it's been on other naked people. That being said, I liked that every station had sterilizing machines and from what I could see all the implements actually used on me were clean. The room where my eyebrows were done was also a little dusty and dark. Overall, the place just needed a good cleaning and some organization. I redeemed a groupon for the waxing so the pricing was great but the result was unsatisfactory. If I had paid full price I would have demanded part of my money back. If the waxing had not been awful and/or the place was clean, I would definitely go back for eyebrow threading because they had great prices and specials for that. However, I will likely not be returning. Again, the girl that worked on me was very professional and pleasant. read more

First day open in their new a Colleyville location and I had an appointment for lash extensions and eyebrow threading. Very happy with everything. Everyone was polite, friendly, and good natured. First time I've ever had lash extensions. Dhana applied them and they look great! My daughter came with me and said she was meticulous in applying them. I have super fine and light colored lashes so it couldn't have been easy. They look very nice and natural; as if I simply have naturally longer and thicker and darker lashes than I actually do. I thought about getting them for weeks before finally just going for it. Cost was a consideration and I'd seen some that looked a bit, well, fake - like little caterpillars instead of eyelashes. If you've thought about getting them but hesitate because of initial cost, check out archbrows.com for their coupons or call and ask if they have a special. If you're hesitating because you think there might be some awful problem or they might look fake/cheap - I did - I can say with all certainty that won't happen, at least not with Dhana. Both my daughter and I had our eyebrows threaded by Dhana as well. Professional and perfect! A nice new, clean facility with friendly staff, ArchBrows is now our new go-to threading (& lash) place. I had a bad experience with a girl by the name of Nelina. She was my facial specialist but has never greeted me or even spoke to me in regards to my skin over what I'm looking for or how my skin is from before. She has a very bad attitude and only speaks to certain clients I noticed while I was waiting to get my eyebrows done. I tipped her well in the past a few times before thinking this might be her nature but today when I advised her about my skin during a facial she did not respond back to me. I'm sorry but even if this is her nature she needs to be trained how to greet her client ask if we have any expectations instead of having a wrinkled face the entire time. read more

The first two times I visited this establishment I sat for twenty minutes even though I signed in and sat in a very visible chair in their small waiting area. They advertise walk-ins but obviously they are not adequately staffed to handle that service. I left without being waited on or acknowledged by a staff member. I was persistent because several of my staff and practice associates recommended it and it is less than a mile from both my office and home. I called and reported my first experiences. I was offered to come right in and I received the best eyebrow job I ever had. I scheduled for a second brow treatment a month later with the same operator and I had to have her reshape my brows twice before it was acceptable, but it still was no where near the job done during my previous visit. I scheduled a diamond facial for 11 o'clock today. I confirmed the appointment online yesterday. I signed in at 11:06 and wrote in what service I was scheduled for. After a few moments a staff member asked me to come back. She started to prepare to thread my brow! I informed her that I had just had my brow done a week ago and that my appointment was for a facial. She asked me to return to the waiting area. A few short moments later another staff member came out and informed me that since i was 6 minutes late for my appointment they assumed I wasn't coming and since they schedule their appointments 'back to back' I would have to return later in the day! A 'diamond' facial I would hope would have taken much longer than a brow threading so my six minute late arrival shouldn't have already run into the next facial?!?! Thank goodness there are other options for facials in the Keller-Southlake area that will not cancel your appointment if you are six minutes late and will not have you wait 20 minutes without acknowledging you on other visits. I feel I gave this establishment multiple opportunities to display great customer service, yet only received it once out of five visits. Needless to say, I am done with Arch Brows and will inform those whom referred me to it about my experience. read more
