I would definitely not recommend this establishment for threading. Although the staff are friendly and the store is clean, the skin below my eyebrows were cut during the threading. If you do decide to go here, please make sure to talk to the person doing the threading to see how long they have been doing it. It is a lesson I learned the hard way. read more

I honestly came to this location because I have seen henna's that were good. Especially those that are posted here on Yelp. I walked into Arch to Arch and was very excited because it was my first time ever getting a henna tattoo! As I waited, I picked out the henna tattoo that I wanted from a binder of their displayed work. Mind you all of these pictures had hennas displayed that were very neat and professional! This made me so happy to have chose this location. I sat down to begin my henna and I let the artist know that it was my first time. She spoke little English but was very polite. Once she began doing my henna, I noticed that the lines were a bit sloppy. However when asked she then told me that it would soon turn into a powder and fall off and look cleaner. I believed her. Later that day as it began to fall off I noticed what she had done looked extremely sloppy. This henna did not look any better. Maybe I should have done a bit more research but this henna really did ruin my experience. The top of the henna wasn't too bad, however the tail end of it was very sloppy and looked as if i had done it by myself. Disappointed, I went back to this location to see what could be done. They were very rude and didn't care that I was not satisfied and failed to acknowledge the horrible work. I'm not writing this review to be nasty at all, I just expected them to have better customer service and maybe even an apology would have been nice. So i go to get my eyebrows threaded and i told the woman " i would like to keep them thick, but clean them up." She said okay and started goin to work. When she was finished, my eyebrows were THIN AF!! She told me "your eyebrows are growing but if i kept them thick, you'd have gaps....my eyebrows have neeeveer been this thin! I'm not saying they look bad BUT i wish she talked about making my brows this thin before going ahead and doing it. I'm pretty sure they have brow powder they could've TRIED to sell to me, but to thread them thin when i SPECIFICALLY asked you to KEEP them thick....i was disappointed. read more

I went in for 'eyelash extensions' before my company Christmas party. This experience took place on a Saturday and I was assured that the eyelashes would last about two weeks. By that Monday morning, I wanted to pull my eyelashes out. They were clumpy at the base of the lashes and it looked like a spider had laid eggs on my lashes. The lashes were falling out on their own and the glue was extremely thick. It became painful to blink. I couldn't get back to Arch2Arch until Tuesday morning and when I explained my predicament to Zaira, who I think is the owner, I was very disappointed. She looked at the lashes I brought in that had started falling off and admitted that there was too much glue used and it wasn't done well. My friend wanted me to ask for a refund, I just wanted them to remove the lashes at no cost. I was not rude; I've worked retail before...I get it. Zaira still wanted to charge me for taking the lashes off and I didn't feel that I had many choices as I had never tried to remove lashes before and had no idea how to do it. She explained that she would have to soak my lashes for 20 minutes and that takes labor and I should have to pay for it. I explained to her that I had been there several times before and had referred at least three friends to them. She didn't care; she wanted me to pay to fix something her staff messed up. Another lady who worked there walked up and they began to speak Arabic. The second lady said they would do it for no charge. Zaira went to the back and made me wait about 15 minutes before she got to me. Again, I didn't think I had many options. When she finally got started on me, she and the other lady continued to speak Arabic, which is rude in any culture. There's a great place in Rolling Oaks Mall if you are looking for threading services. I would not recommend Arch@Arch to anyone! read more

They literally will let anybody in the shop do yoIr eyebrows, this lady messed up my eyebrows REALLY bad, and then the owner (I guess) came over and tried to "fix" it and all she did was making them look worse; I was livid, and if that's not enough then she walked away and was ready for me to pay for them F up my eyebrows hell naw, I told her I wasn't gonna pay them making my eyebrows super thin, one of the shorter and cutting my skin with the thread. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Don't waste your money. read more

I've been coming about once a month to get my eyebrows threaded for about a year and they always do an awesome job.

Seriously don't waist your time coming here , not only did they manage to get wax in my sisters eyelashes but they ruined the shape of her brows , extremely disappointing. When My sister arrived and checked in she made sure to put that she wanted an eyebrow wax , not threading , as soon as she was seated the lady proceeded to pull out the string to begin threading , my sister then told her no she doesn't want them threaded the lady insisted she get them threaded saying "no , threading better , you do wax" to me if a client comes in requesting a waxing service don't start harassing them to get it threaded she said it numerous times and each and every time my sister said no . She doesn't want them threaded for personal reasons . Anyways the lady finally sits her to get wax and that's when she gets wax all over my sisters eyelid , her hair even had it , and upper lip (she didn't get an upper lip wax) completely messy. She then, after my sister said not to , started threading the eyebrows after the wax!!! Seriously this place needs better people , I'm a licensed cosmetologist and let me just say her work was crap . We will never return . They seriously need training to there was no need to continue telling my sister she needs threading it's a personal preference, you can always educate a client on why they should do threading but to straight up continue after the client said no , totally unprofessional. read more

Prices good.Clean establishment. But the lady they had do my brows messed up my brows!!! I asked to retainy box shape and to be tinted. By the time she got done I have little thin strips above my eyes. And anyone with a big forehead knows that's not a flattering shape. Then was informed that the tinting is done before the threading. I've been going to this location for a year now. I've always loved the way the older lady does my eyebrows. They ALWAYS come out straight, clean, and she never takes too much off. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of having a new girl this time around. Not only were my eyebrows not even, but they didnt match, werent straight AT ALL, and there were little patches of hair missing that shouldnt be. I didnt tip her. I get my eyebrows done so that I DONT have to fill them in. I guess I'm going to have to anyway with the state my eyebrows are in. I recommend you go here but AVOID the tall, young girl, with extremely long hair. Request the older lady. read more

although i love the way eyebrow threading gives the precise shape of my brow.. i am never going to back to this place! i went and the girl was very quick it didnt even take 5 minutes to thread my brows. it was my first time getting my brows threaded before. after my session was done it hurt soo bad. as if someone kept pinching my skin where she threaded.. only to wake up the day after and where she had threaded my skin was bleeding. it was exactly like the cuts the other reviewer explained with the picture!! i looked like that for a week. it was terrible. again, NEVER GOING BACK. read more

The lady doesn't even hardly speak English, so it made it impossible to communicate what I wanted. Got threaded brows. They didn't match one bit! Left, and then came right back. I think the girls are nice but I was told my eye lash extensions would last 2 weeks, yet parts fell off the next day, and they irritated my eyes. I went to redo them 3 days later and they removed them with some toxic chemical that got into my eyes and my eyes have been red and burning since. I also got them re-done and they fell off again almost immediately and I wasted 80.00 so no it was not worth it!!! They lied!! read more

Went for a bikini wax. The lady left clumps of wax on my skin and was irritated when I asked if she could remove them. She left the room, and I stood up to look in the mirror. My bikini hair wasn't anywhere near even. So I put on my shorts to ask her to come back to look at it. She crossed her arms and stomped back with an attitude. When she tried to fix it, she did more harm than good, this time taking off too much hair. She wasn't careful at all with the wax. And she wouldn't take off a small patch of like 5 hairs in the corner by my hip (that she waxed off on the other side) and said it was part of the leg. I still have to go home to try to fix it with a razor. And then she charged me $30! I should've just done it myself! Thank goodness it grows back! Never again! Update: so I get home and my panties are literally stuck to me and my hair down there is all stuck together with wax. I even had a clump of wax in my panties. And I have a blistered spot where she ripped the skin right off. Gross! I'm calling for a refund! read more
