Domestic violence from my next door neighbor. When I first moved in, I saw a girl driving around with a smashed windshield Aggressive German shepherd that was very scary and attacked my dogs in the dog park. I had to report multiple times until they evicted her. I know a guy from the dog park has put in numerous requests to fix his leaking door and fill in a hole by his door. They put a cone on the hole and to this day, have not fixed the door. Water comes in at the floor every time it rains. My roommate has had multiple packages walk off from the package room. The hallways have turned into permanent messes from the trash collection people leaking juices all over the floor . Also, be careful when you pull out onto the street so you don't get smoked by ppl flying on their way to work. There's a reason why there's a discount to live here.

It was a wonderful warming experience finally meeting and seeing the faces of the amazing people I have been connected with only on calls and emails Especially Glen the maintenance manager! He personally gave us some welcoming gifts and took me in a guided tour of this beautiful facility and to my new amazing apartment I absolutely love my balcony! He made sure it was everything I expected wanted and immediately got me everything I needed to make my first day so wonderful and to ensure my stay here would be nothing but the best! I've been here a few days now and I am truly happy with my decision! I have a little fur baby and she is loving her new life here too! She's loving meeting new friends at the dog park The residents here I've met so far are all so nice and neighborly! The facilities are well maintained clean and beautiful! If you're looking for a new apartment let the Vinings at Carolina Bay be your first place on your list to visit.... You may just find your new home immediately too!! There didn't seem to be stairs to access and just the elevator which can be annoying based on the size of the groups using the space. There looked to be a coat check area here as well. Moving along. We expected them to either give us another plate of non-burned ones, take them off the bill, or at least give us some money back, but NOTHING. Don't know who they have cooking in the back, but they obviously don't know how to cook empanadas. It's a shame, with such a nice location! We will definitely NOT be back. Based on this we weren't surprised that the restaurant was basically empty on a Saturday. Only 1 table had people on it!
