i love living here best place ever. the houses are so nice i live in a five bedroom with all my friends

Updating my review because I want to clarify some things from the first review that was left on here. This is NOT university housing, this is a private company. It is important to realize that when you sign a lease you should read it, regardless of "pressures" from people which for the record I don't buy. Everyone who works there has been incredibly nice and helpful and never put pressure on us. My partner and I toured the place 6-7 months before we moved in and the guy who gave us the tour still remembered us and said he was glad we decided to move in. In fact, many of the workers here are college students themselves so I have found them to be extremely understanding of the issues college students face. Just because you're being held to a lease you signed doesn't make this a 1-star business and I hate when people use Yelp in that way. This is a great place with rent commensurate to the quality of the apartments they have. The gym is nice, the pool is nice, and the staff is nice. Don't sign a lease then rate a place bad because you don't know how to read it. read more

My daughter and I toured Aspen on January 14th for her Junior/Senior year at CCU. We walked in to the office without an appointment and Reeghan immediately greeted us with a smile. She offered to take us on a tour of the property. She was very knowledgeable and assisted my daughter and friends in picking out a home for the fall semester. Aspen Heights Conway - Aspen Pool - Apartments Near Me - Conway, South Carolina

So Straight up Aspen Heights is a very beautiful place to live. Thats what you pay for. The leases fluctuate up and down, and so does the light bill. The houses are made cheap and pretty and they charge out the ass for the place. The living quarters are spacious. This is the best thing about aspen. I have stayed in the three bedroom for some time now. The sewer line is cheap. It will clog off of toilet paper , and flushable wipes. They will call out a third party sewer company and charge you for really nothing. The managers are liars and pretty childish. They are not understanding. Customer service is alright with some of them though. I have to say that the company doesn't pay attention to reports , they do not follow back up with you. I had requested a new couch because the chair was extremely dirty and it was the period where they come through and refurbish everything in the house, ( this is 1 reason they are liars. I was told for MONTHS that I would get a chair . Never received one. Seriously though, this place just LOOKS nice. It's not worth the fines and the 200$ water and electric bills that are caused by the poor manufacturing of the entire place read more

This is a GREAT place to live if you're looking for affordable off campus housing that's only about 1 mile away from CCU campus. They have incredible amenities in this fully gated and private complex which includes a hot tub, pool, game room, hammocks, study room, gym etc. Most importantly they provide a shuttle service from aspen to CCU Monday-Friday 7-6pm because who wants to walk along highway 501 to get to campus? The staff is great and always very helpful. Whenever I go into the office for something someone is always there to help, Erin and Brittany are AWESOME and really know what they're doing, if you have any issues they're your people to go to. I love living here! the apartments are spacious and provide plenty of closet space, enough for a double occupancy! There's always plenty of parking available for you and your guests. You need special access to get through the gates and they charge an extra fee for pets. It's a college dominated residence so there's the occasional party/ loud noises/ music on the weekends, otherwise it's relatively quiet. A 5 minute walk past the main gate will get you to your groceries and a car wash, and deliveries here are never an issue! read more

Honestly, the amenities are good but the price is too high... It's basically $850 a month to live here(Utilities included) when you can rent a house for that much... They try to make it seem worth it with the "Free Food" and Pool parties but we're paying for that through our rent. The fact that once you sign the lease even if the lease hasn't started you're not allowed to cancel it; basically forcing you to stay(Unlike most places). They make you find someone... yet they are always advertising that people are signing leases... Just rent at the Cove or Monarch or even rent your own house ... save your money. Living at Aspen has been amazing! This community is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond to help its' residents in any way they can! It's super clean and professional and has truly been the best living experience I have had since attending Coastal! The amenities are fantastic and exceed every expectation I ever had! The maintenance staff is amazing here and very timely, and the staff is super friendly and will answer any and every question you could possibly have (and believe me, I have had a lot!). Aspen is clean, safe, friendly, FUN, and professional! I'm going into my 2nd and final year of living here at Aspen and I wish I could stay! I would recommend Aspen to anybody looking for a place to live because trust me, Aspen has it all! read more

THE WORST PLACE FOR A STUDENT TO LIVE!!! Yes Aspen has nice amenities and nice houses but that is about all they have. The management is absolutely shitty. Any time I have asked to speak to a manager an employees response was "they're not available" when I clearly could see him in the back office... They charge out the ass for EVERYTHING. 650 for rent, 90 for utilities (when I was told the bill would not be anymore that 60) 160 just to get packages??? Not to mention the other problems I've had here! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!! So many better options in the area. read more

Aspen heights is a comfortable and convenient place to live. I love the fact it is a gated community and really close to the outlets.

Houses are okay, not all that, be alarmed, they charge you an arm and a leg, my water & electrical bill is about $100 a month, this month it was $300. An average home for electricity and water is probably 50-70 a month! They probably make us pay for their pool and hot tub. So per month your looking at around 1000 a month for a room! Thats a whole house down the street this place is the biggest joke, stay FARRR AWAY from these people read more

I love college town and everything it offered but one little thing surprised me which was the roommate situation brought company over which I think respect is everything. My guest always didn't feel welcomed because of this one person which is the roommate.The roommate is horrible which kinda expected from day one huge b-I-t-c-h literally what can you expect when someone ugly on the inside and shows on the outside I just would say be aware of who your roomie is because I got 3 good roomies and one bad roomie which ruins the whole situation. I don't let others think they they can run over me and disrespect me but she thought she could, right bitch and wrong idea . Kinda baffled me how the complainant was about my dishes that I literally used not even an hour or two ago and placed them into the sink untill I got back to wash them cause I was in a rush and she wants to get disrespectful because technically she's always on my schedule and how when I do laundry and I don't get them right away and for some reason every time I do my laundry someone wants to do it the same day as me. The real question is how is she complaining when she has her cat on the counter and where hair is everywhere like cat hair and you can see it on the counters, the stove top, on the floors and in the sink. The house be smelling like cat litter and shit ! Even when company comes over which is disgusting and I'm always sitting here thinking how can you really complain when you have things like that not being cleaned up and being taken care of....
