Maintenance people help me move my stuff in that was great as I am a little bit older and it was nice that they helped. I've been here a couple of months and was actually asked to give it a month or two before I made any review. Which tells me they wanted me to be honest and I like that. An apartment is an apartment but there's really nothing bad I have to say about this place and I do feel comfortable here, I feel like management has even got my back.

Be careful if you are a resident not to leave your car parked in your apartment parking space, your car will be towed. there is a parking policy, If anyone is parked after 10:00 pm and you do not have a (permanent parking pass) your car will be towed! The towing service drives through every night towing cars.they towed my car and I lived there. the towing service charged me $160.00 to get my car back ridiculous! So beware. It is important to realize that when you sign a lease you should read it, regardless of "pressures" from people which for the record I don't buy. Everyone who works there has been incredibly nice and helpful and never put pressure on us. My partner and I toured the place 6-7 months before we moved in and the guy who gave us the tour still remembered us and said he was glad we decided to move in. In fact, many of the workers here are college students themselves so I have found them to be extremely understanding of the issues college students face. Just because you're being held to a lease you signed doesn't make this a 1-star business and I hate when people use Yelp in that way. This is a great place with rent commensurate to the quality of the apartments they have. The gym is nice, the pool is nice, and the staff is nice. Don't sign a lease then rate a place bad because you don't know how to read it.

I don't know the other lady's name but Rashena is very nice and always friendly to everyone when I'm in there. We came to the property on a day she worked alone and she was so busy but addressed everyone and apologized for delays. She was doing 10 things at once and didn't leave any of us out. Seems like we were all her favorite. Perhaps if people had valid complaints instead of unrealistic expectations then they'd realize how nice the workers are. I guess when you don't get your way that's what happens. If there was a man inviting children to his apartment then why are you on here complaining and not calling the police? Drunk people cursing your "small" kids...and you come on here to write a review?? Sounds like a made up story. Seriously, if you hate it so much then move!!!! Unhappy miserable people kill me.
