Everyone who works here is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I interact with Margaret, one of the cashiers, and Joseph in the produce department most often, and they always make me feel welcome with their excellent customer service. The store is consistently clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. One thing I really appreciate is that you'll often see the managers out on the sales floor stocking shelves, helping customers, or even bagging groceries alongside the staff. It truly feels like a team effort. The store also seems to be well staffed, so checkout is usually quick, and I rarely have to wait in a long line. On the rare occasion I've needed to exchange or return an item, the process has always been quick and hassle-free. The staff handles returns professionally and never makes it difficult. After nearly six years of shopping here, I can confidently say it's one of the best grocery stores around. Their consistently excellent customer service and well-run store are the reasons I keep coming back week after week. I highly recommend shopping here!

This Walmart tolerates overnight parking in their lot and so I parked amongst a couple of other RVers in the area by the gas station, locked up and had a relatively peaceful night. As usual, out of mayonnaise, woman went to grab that. The sheriff joked about, "Didn't you know you were making sandwiches today?" When she got to me I asked for mountain bread. And of course that was not stocked. She said someone would go get it. It's on the other side of the store. By this time with cops blocking Jet Roberts to even get to Publix due to accident and not having anything ready and stocked, I had to order a sub roll which I didn't want. When I got to work, I realized the sub was old and flaking. Horrible experience. If you have an hour lunch and don't mind standing forever with no acknowledgement, you might be okay. At first (the first week), it was great and then went down hill IMMEDIATELY. They can not keep up with demand and their shelves after the grand opening were kept with old and seemed like outdated food. The store is always a mess and ran through - and not kept up. I do understand Aldi's philosophy of having 3-4 workers at a time, so it's not hard to straighten up once in while. Even the floors almost 9 months after opening stay dirty. I even slipped once and bust my knee while shopping one night. I told the clerk and it ended up being somewhat okay. Prices here are a lot higher than most Aldi's and their selection is different from other in the area. I do not know why, but this location, when something is a hot item, it's gone in 24-48 hours. I once asked for something that was out for less than 24 hours and got snapped on by the store manager saying something to the effect of "what you see or don't see on the floor is all I have, I have nothing in the back." Aldi's leadership and store management really do need to get a hold of this store as it's so new and so close to their distribution center in Jefferson/Pendergrass area.

Although I am a Kroger person at heart my mom is a Publix person and loves the Bogo and certain things she wants only from Publix. This Publix has a jelly belly jelly beans machine on the wall you can fill up 1 to 2 pound bags of your favorite flavor which helped me because I can only deliver to her once a week and I swear she lives on jellybeans. The place is laid out well and I also get her other supplies here when I'm here because I can jump on 85 and be down to Hamilton Mill in no time where she's located. I previously turned over to them 3 months of refills from the pediatrician and have only filled two. Today they tell me they don't have the 3rd refill on file and look at me with blank stares as if they didn't royally mess up. They did not appear troubled in the least. This is not only extremely frustrating for me since I now have to go back to the pediatrician a month early and my son will most likely run out of his medication before we can be seen, but it is a dangerous and suspicious business to be losing prescriptions for controlled substances.
