Yes during the 2021 "camping season" we like every rv repair business have been very busy and completion times have been delayed. While we aren't able to catch every call we are very good about returning voicemail, in most cases the same day if not the next business day and any voicemail left by Carson was returned. The estimate details given are simply untrue, the written notes on Carson's work order put the estimate $2300-$2400 and was confirmed with the technician who spoke with Carson. Our experience with Carson was very unpleasant, as during our conversations Carson would go on a vulgar, explicit rant that made any professional discussion impossible.] I have all my call logs and voicemails saved, hence how I was able to leave such a detailed review. I getting the sense that this business was a problem recoded the conversation about the quote: Me: Total for the inverter and the fan installed?" Not only did they overfill my propane tank (after I warned them it…read morewas possible), they blew some of the seals on my propane system causing $150 in repairs at another repair place. When I asked them if I needed to clear my table so they could access the water systems - they said "no, we can work around it." Came back to find everything dumped on the floor & behind the seats. In the end, I had to replace a valve because they didn't "winterize" my rv correctly. These guys are rude, over-priced & dangerous!

If you're considering this shop, let me save you a headache: the work is good, but the leadership…read moreis a full-time safety hazard. I've spent around twenty five thousand dollars with this place over time, and I kept coming back for one reason: Nate. His work is outstanding. The man could rebuild an RV blindfolded while reciting torque specs. He deserves a shop where his skill isn't overshadowed by someone trying to run the place like a discount drill instructor. The problem isn't the techs. The problem is the owner, David, who treats customers like they walked into his day wrong. They missed storm damage on my estimate, failed to order a window they said would be "no problem," overlooked two damaged exterior speakers, left grease on the interior during a previous visit, and forgot to leave my keys out so I could pick up my RV before a freeze. That "oops" earned me a wasted trip. But the trophy moment was when David called me the next morning. I asked for a simple verification that the plumbing wasn't compromised from the cold. Instead of professionalism, he unleashed a rant, raised his voice, and cussed at me before I could even finish a sentence. I've gotten calmer responses from TSA agents during holiday travel. Here's the truth: * Nate is the only thing keeping this place afloat. * The shop's actual work is fine. * But the leadership style is "angry hall monitor with a business license," and that's being generous. When the owner acts like every reasonable question is a personal attack, it doesn't just push customers away -- it risks the reputation of everyone who works there. I'm amazed the team sticks around, especially someone as skilled as Nate. He deserves better. If you want quality work without being treated like an inconvenience, choose literally any other RV shop in Colorado. As long as David is running the show, this one is a hard pass.

I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!

I called Trailer Source Inc. in Longmont, Colorado, asking if they would handle the warranty repairs for us even though we had not purchased the RV from them and was told that, yes, they would do the warranty work. They contacted Winnebago and got approval to move forward with the repairs, and an appointment was made. When they trailer was taken in for the appointment, we were told that there should be no issue in having all the repairs completed within the next three weeks in time for a trip we had scheduled. After one week, I reached out to see how things were going and was told they were waiting on parts but that the time frame for repairs still looked good. Week two, I reached out and was told the same thing. I asked what repairs had been completed and was told none but that the tech had looked at everything and would start on the repairs soon. Week three, same. I called the day the trailer was to be picked up and was told that none of the repairs had been made. I went to the dealership and spoke to a service manager who told me that the dealership never should have taken in the trailer for repairs. He said it was their company policy that they did not do warranty work on trailers that were not purchased from them, and he said they would not be completing the repairs. In disbelief, I explained how they had filed the claim, received approval, made an appointment, and kept the trailer for three weeks. I asked why I wasn't ever told that they would not be doing the work. He repeated their company policy and stated that the person I first spoke to was new and made a mistake. I think the "right" thing for a decent business to do would have been to complete the work they had agreed to. This is not a company that I will do any business with in the future.
