Yes during the 2021 "camping season" we like every rv repair business have been very busy and completion times have been delayed. While we aren't able to catch every call we are very good about returning voicemail, in most cases the same day if not the next business day and any voicemail left by Carson was returned. The estimate details given are simply untrue, the written notes on Carson's work order put the estimate $2300-$2400 and was confirmed with the technician who spoke with Carson. Our experience with Carson was very unpleasant, as during our conversations Carson would go on a vulgar, explicit rant that made any professional discussion impossible.] I have all my call logs and voicemails saved, hence how I was able to leave such a detailed review. In the end, I had to replace a valve because they didn't "winterize" my rv correctly. These guys are rude, over-priced & dangerous!

We had it towed here to Colorado's Premier RV Service & Repair, and they were absolutely amazing!! They called us immediately the next day and were so friendly, they got with our insurance immediately, made it so easy to digitally sign paperwork, and then gave us their "expert" advice on what to do since the trailer is 20 years old. They operate from the highest integrity and fixed our trailer so it was safe to drive, and made recommendations on what to do next since they don't work on trailers that are over 20 years old. They truly know how to run a business and provide top-notch service at every level. I HIGHLY recommend them for the BEST RV Repair Business in Colorado!

Dealer lacks integrity…read more Our 7-month-old trailer needed some warranty work done. I called Trailer Source Inc. in Longmont, Colorado, asking if they would handle the warranty repairs for us even though we had not purchased the RV from them and was told that, yes, they would do the warranty work. They contacted Winnebago and got approval to move forward with the repairs, and an appointment was made. When they trailer was taken in for the appointment, we were told that there should be no issue in having all the repairs completed within the next three weeks in time for a trip we had scheduled. After one week, I reached out to see how things were going and was told they were waiting on parts but that the time frame for repairs still looked good. Week two, I reached out and was told the same thing. I asked what repairs had been completed and was told none but that the tech had looked at everything and would start on the repairs soon. Week three, same. I called the day the trailer was to be picked up and was told that none of the repairs had been made. I went to the dealership and spoke to a service manager who told me that the dealership never should have taken in the trailer for repairs. He said it was their company policy that they did not do warranty work on trailers that were not purchased from them, and he said they would not be completing the repairs. In disbelief, I explained how they had filed the claim, received approval, made an appointment, and kept the trailer for three weeks. I asked why I wasn't ever told that they would not be doing the work. He repeated their company policy and stated that the person I first spoke to was new and made a mistake. I think the "right" thing for a decent business to do would have been to complete the work they had agreed to. This is not a company that I will do any business with in the future.
