You guys raise our rates which seems like every 6 months and do this without notifying us. Your customer service line is an absolute joke, no one calls back in the "24-48 hour" timeline and your customer service team has nothing better to say when there's an issue other than "I'm sorry Ma'am this is all I can do". I've heard the spiels, expedited, emailing destruction, call you back, all just words to make the customer feel like you're accomplishing something when in reality you do not. I have literally been working on straightening out our IM mess since February and now it's mid July!! And for Christ sake GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS A PHONE NUMBER TO YOUR DESTRUCTION DEPARTMENT. Pretty stone age that one department can't communicate with another. Calling it a NIGHTMARE to deal with you guys is me being nice. We are taking our 1000+ boxes and leaving, after you charge us the ridiculous fees of course. To make matters worse, I ordered samples and specifically requested an 8.5x11" size, when I came back to pick up the samples, they printed smaller version while charging $10 per sample stating that the file was that size. Other companies printed the same file at the correct size without extra charges. Additionally, there was no communication from their team about this issue. As a business owner, I was eager to work with them on brochures and marketing materials, but this experience has led me to choose a different company. I won't be recommending their services to any of my business partners. Very disappointed.

I feared the tape had deteriorated enough that the footage had been permanently lost. Given that the tape is rapidly approaching 30 years of age (and not to mention I'd gotten a discount, thanks to a Living Social deal), AUA could have brushed it off as being a casualty of deterioration over time, but they readily agreed to run it through their machines again - without an additional charge - to see if the visuals could be improved. Luckily the second time around, they were able to retrieve the video in full, just in time to share for Mother's Day. Thanks, AUA!
