We've been using Alpha Graphics for the past 2.5 years since moving to Roseville, primarily for retractable banners and printed materials for conferences. While the print quality has been consistently good, the customer service experience has been frustrating. Every time we arrive to pick up an order, there seems to be confusion--the staff often can't locate our order or confirm whether payment has been processed. My husband usually handles the pickups for me, and each visit highlights the same issue: a disorganized front office and lack of clear communication. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing problems, we're now looking for a new printing service. I hope the team takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve their customer experience. I have had the greatest experience so far with Alphagraphics, but more specifically Guy, the owner. I just started a new job that recently moved offices and I was tasked with ordering a sign as my very first to-do item. With very little information, I started working with Guy to get the best sign for the new space. He was always prompt and quick to respond to my millions of questions. We finally settled, I thought we were good and I approved the design! I was then informed by my boss of some changes, that I quickly had to relay to Guy. Being that I am sick this week, I have never visited AlphaGraphics in person. I handled everything online. I sent them a file (Christmas Carol song sheets) that I needed copied for our group's (Knights of Columbus) Carols & Cookies visit at the VA Hospital at Mather this Friday. They emailed me back with a proof and some suggested corrections, all of which I accepted. Then the owner, Guy, called me to finalized the order. I had the finished product picked by my wife the next day. These people are real pros and have a refreshing attitude towards their community. The finished product is an outstanding short collection of Carols for our Singers. To top it off, they donated their fees to the effort for our wounded veterans at the VA. In February of 2017 I ordered two sets of business cards 500 each. One set of 500 was stolen out of the superintendents truck. So I when I reordered the stolen cards on 3/16/17, Melody the chick who responded to me needed an invoice number so she could see if they saved our template. I couldn't find the invoice number so I asked her to recreate the business card ( I sent her an example twice and it was what I originally sent over in February 2017) My last correspondence was on 4/5/2017 to ask the status. The next day she replied that she would get a proof to me soon. It's 4/25/17 and numerous emails later. I'm done with them. The owner of my company suggested AlphaGraphic. We need LOTS of printing done yearly. I'm not using AlphaGraphics. No Stars. read more

AlphaGraphics really dropped the ball for us. When I called I was told my newsletter was on the way to the mail house the next day. Two weeks later I get a call from someone, (not my contact person) telling me there is a medical emergency with my contact person and in order to mail my newsletter they need payment. I was shocked! I had offered to pay when I met with the designer and they said oh no dont worry and then I get a phone call indicating my work wasnt completed as they were concerned about payment. I did not receive a phone call once in those two weeks regarding payment. My newsletter is still not out and it is 3 weeks past the date they said it was going out. Communication was a big issue and they were very prompt when they gave me an estimate but the actual work and completion of the project was very unprofessional. read more

I've had printing done here a few times for personal reasons and a couple of times for the corporation I work for, and I've received some quotes. The quality of their digital printing is good on short runs, unlike some printers. Pricing is on the higher side. The older man will talk your ear off, oblivious to the fact that you are trying to politely exit. I was turned off after witnessing the helpful young lady who worked up front being criticized and humiliated in front of customers for making a mistake when she was obviously doing her best (and doing a good job too). read more

If one could give a zero feedback it would be correct. My company placed an order which took days longer than any competitor. Once the order was ready for pick up, I was denied because the order only had a 50% deposit. My staff had already placed the credit card on their records but no one would look for it. Terrible customer service. They have lost a corporate customer for life! read more
