We are traveling through Idaho with a motorhome and older jeep as a tow vehicle. We went to start the jeep and nothing happened. We didn't know if it was a battery or what. We called Marc and he said bring it in as soon as possible and he would look at it. We are totally thinking that our trip is going to be delayed for two weeks while they found out the problem. But much to our surprise he said he would get it in that day and look at it. He called us a little later on and told us the problem and said it would be ready the next day. What epic service. They also gave us a very fair price for this repair. I would highly recommend this business in Rathdrum. Thanks again.

Most recently I came in and told them I needed to get my studded winter tires removed before I move somewhere warmer where I wouldn't need them and my car wouldn't be getting daily use. My winter tires are a $1600 set of specialty tires and I was bummed to not get full use out of them only to spend another 1k+ on a set of all weather tires, but I had accepted my fate. After talking thoroughly with me about my situation, the amazing Jeremy recommended I get my studs removed rather than buying a new set of tires (a near by employee nodded in agreement as well)! I went from what would have originally been a $1200 purchase to $250- and that included an oil change! I've never had a better experience with any other repair shop and probably never will! So sad to be moving away from this place! I highly recommended you take your business here! Oh, and ask for Jeremy, he's the best!
