I checked Google, Yelp and the web and confirmed that I was calling the businesses number. I finally got someone to answer the phone. He said he was unaware that his voice mail was full, pretty sad if you are one of those customers who left a message. He gave me his cell number to text him pictures of what I needed done. My job was replace one window assembly on a house, replace all glass on five exterior residential doors and install a mirror on a bathroom wall. He replied the next day with a reasonable cost for the mirror install. Nothing on the other work. I waited a week and sent a follow up text asking him to let me know if he was interested in the additional work. No reply. I pissed away two weeks thinking a reputable glass company was in the process of getting back to me. Having a phone system where your voice mail is full means lots of folks never got a reply. Communicating and dropping the ball leaving a potential customer hanging combined with the initial phone experience speaks more than words about the management team of this company. I made sure my Realtor knew that the vendor she was recommending was making her look bad. She will no longer recommend this business and she called a builder who initially gave her this companies info. She informed the builder about the experience. The builder said he was getting the same info from several of his clients. He is now using a different glass company.

Which was that the first installers went ahead and installed a section of glass that was chipped not only on the bottom but on the top and just covered it up with tape and we didn't see it until 48 hours later. My window, next to my front door, is light gray. Because of where this window is, it has to match. They were not able to get the light gray from their distributor and GAVE UP! When I asked what this piece is called, I was told "vinyl". Really? Try googling that! Not helpful. And, why and I searching for the parts instead of them?!? They are the experts! No communication for a couple of weeks. No searching with other distributors to find it. No follow up at all. As I sit here typing this, my window is covered in plastic because they removed the old one and have done NOTHING else. It is a security risk! UPDATE 5/15/18: Milstead Glass came out and replaced my four windows. They were FANTASTIC! The vinyl window trim matches perfectly! The price, less than the Woodlands Glass and Mirror! Original post: Dear Texas friends, I want to warn you about an experience I had with Glass and Mirror of the Woodlands. They came to install a new shower door. Tony, the technician, drilled the holes wrong. Rather than a proper fix, he filled them with silicone. I contacted Jessica Broussard at Glass and Mirror to ask them to come repair the wall. Glass and Mirror shot me the middle finger. Tony is lying about the holes and Glass and Mirror refuses to offer any help. I contacted Lowes, who we bought the door from, they were horrified and have been trying to help. I've also been in contact with the mfg (Arizona Shower Door) of the door. Fantastic people, btw. They are flying a technician from their office in Colorado to repair not only the wall, but the poor installation they saw in the photos I sent.
