Shout-out to the staff at this hard-working Arby's. We arrived about 1:30 PM on a holiday weekend (Saturday); a tour bus had just arrived on top of the extra holiday visitors. The store was slammed; the line was maybe thirty people long. Shout-out to all the staff for working as feverishly and as warmly as they could. Caden was running the register. He was polite with people; he took my coupon and got it entered accurately; well done. Ms. Delilah was giving people their food and cleaning the place; in spite of how busy she was, she asked me if she could get any additional sauces for me or anything; she was on top of it. She greeted people as they came in and bid them have a good day as they left. Ms. Alexis was managing the store during all this, prioritizing orders, delegating tasks, all that. Throughout the experience, they were kind, warm, and hard-working. When the crowd left, they went through the restaurant and cleaned the tables, restocked straws and napkins and condiments, and brought the place back into tip-top shape. Very impressive. Would recommend. read more

I have a dairy allergy, and I ordered the same chicken wrap without cheese that I always do, and the lady at the register told me that the chicken breading is made with buttermilk. I expressed how surprised I was, and she treated me like I was stupid. She was so rude about my allergy. I asked if this was something new at all of the locations, and she told me that every location has always done this. Then, I left and checked the Arby's allergen information. None of their other locations use milk in the recipe. Horrible service. Do not recommend. read more

Absolutely disgusting I ordered a kids meal cos it kinda was my first time getting arbys. GOT FOOD POISONING!! Service is awful takes an hour. No wonder its so quiet and no one goes in this craphole . Not a single soul there only music and everyhour someone yelling a number if someone is unlucky enough to eat this "food" read more

This must be the worst run Arby's in the US. Is it really that difficult to take an order? I waited at the register for 10 minutes and the guy in charge finally say, "be with you in a minute". Are you kidding? Too many options close by to waste your time with such a poorly run, supposedly, fast food establishment. read more

Sanitary isn't a compliment I can give this place. Nice staff but something was either expired, contaminated, or undercooked because right after ordering a Reuben sandwich with Mac n cheese bites, my mom had severe food poisoning symptoms. This place needs to be cleaner and be more mindful of how the food is handled or if something's expired or undercooked. Will not be coming here ever again. read more

The French dip came with au jus which was terribly salty. Couldn't eat; threw it out. The straws are plastic.

This is the first time I've been to this Arby's in Woodstock. I've always seen it but I've stopped at McDonald's or Wendy's before. This won't be the case every time in the future! We were on a roadtrip down I-81 and stopped and saw the sign. There was legitimately one other person in the parking lot. We pulled around to the drive-thru and were greeted by a friendly voice immediately. We ordered our food and got it super quick. The fries were on POINT. Super crunchy and hot. The roast beef was tender and the bread on the sandwich soft. This was a great Arby's experience and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants some great curly fries and a good roast beef sandwich! read more

Arby's - Dat apple turnover. Sucker for these - Fast Food Near Me - Woodstock, Virginia

Was passing through stopped for a quick bite before heading back on the road. Its still only drive up. I'm glad I kept the receipt. Jenae was very rude, I finally had to say you know you could be nicer to people. read more

This restaurant received a 1 star only due to the friendliness of the cashier, let me explain. When walking in at 2:00pm, the floor was sticky throughout the restaurant, the condiment area covered in spilled ketchup and sauce, with the dispensers having dried sauce handing from the spouts. The tables and chairs were filthy and do not look as if they'd been cleaned in a very long time...I mean months as the food was dried to the sides! The linoleum table tops were separating from the base and the vinyl shredded from the booths, with what looked like sauce having been sprayed on the cathedral ceilings. Heaven only knows what condition the bathrooms are in as I am waiting for the next stop! This location is a disgrace to the Arby's brand and I suggest crossing 81 to the Cracker Barrel! read more

We pulled up to the drive thru window on 1/30/2016 at approx 9:30 pm and no one greeted us or responded to my attempts to make contact and place an order. I drive around the front of the building to find all the employees standing outside smoking and joking. read more

Yeah the food was great. While taking the order for our meal. You could see all the curly fries on the floor where they fry them. I was given jalapeño fries when I wanted mozzarella sticks and when I exchanged it. The staffer put it right back for another later customer. I never touched one jalapeño but don't you think they should have thrown it away? Just a little tidy up would do. read more

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!!! Beware of this Arby's location! Stopped at the Arby's in Woodstock while traveling at Thanksgiving time with my husband and 4 teenage kids. Jamie Job who took our order gave us possibly the rudest drive-thru encounter we have ever had. We ordered sandwiches and chicken tenders and gyros and curly fries. When we added drinks to the order for combos, she acted very irritated and said, "One moment, you didn't tell me you wanted combos!!!" As we told her each drink, she would yell, "One moment!!!" Since there were 6 drinks, her tone continued to escalate with each one until we were amazed at her total and complete lack of self-control! Finally my husband who was placing the order, had had all he could take of her abuse, before he told her our last drink order, he decided to reply in the same manner that she was speaking to us and said, quite forcefully, "One moment!" To which she replied, "I'm going to serve another customer, let me know when you're ready!" He immediately said, "I'm ready." And she responded, "ONE MOMENT, I'M WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW!!!" After waiting at the drive-thru order board a few more minutes, we decided to just drive away, worried she would spit in our food or something worse. As we were pulling away, my husband decided to stop, go in and get her name. When he walked in the door he could hear her behind the counter, yelling and describing our encounter to the other employee(s) and, of course, the entire restaurant since she was yelling. As she paused, my husband said, "That was me, you're complaining about. Can I get your name please?" After our terrible experience, we decided to go on Yelp to leave a review--something we've never done before. When we went to the Yelp website we saw several other reviews of rude encounters, flies in people's food, and general uncleanliness. read more

If your hungry and you have to have something then this is the place for you. Fast service just so so beef.

How great, we found a fly in our food! This is by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had, but wait there's more they gave us a second burger as a sorry token, but there was also another insect in there. Isn't that great! This place is seriously discussing that goes for the food, bathrooms, and the entire place. Not well cleaned or maintained. I wish I could give a zero star for this place :D read more

Hey, it's Arby's. What do you expect. Staff was nice. I thought the food was adequate. Kids thought food was excellent. Yes, I rang the bell. read more
