Mom went to pick them up at the drive thru and they didn't have our order. 2 workers both came to the window stating they hadn't received an order but they did finally find it. No big deal and they were supposed to be making it. 15 more minutes go by before a different employee comes to the window. Mom was on the phone with me and this lady had an attitude problem. She says she was the manager however she had on pajama pants and a shirt so not very manager like. She told mom that they were printing off the order and would be making it. Keep in mind we were told that 15 minutes earlier and by this point it had been 55 minutes since I had ordered online. Mom told her this. She informed my mother that online orders were not a priority and that customers in the store came first. I was on speakerphone and told her again how long it had been in total. We never raised our voices or had an attitude about the situation. If you know me you know what a miracle that was! The last straw is that they killed off their car show, blaming it on insurance and COVID. The car show is now about 20 miles away, the restaurant is not personal inside, and the service sucks. This has gone from a truly rare (outside of Asia) great McD to a typically low tier place of mediocrity that McD want to focus on. Skip this and go to Burger King (where the staff is actually friendly) or the local restaurants.
