I haven't been in a Arby's in almost 5 years and soon as I seen this one I did bee dive straight to it, let me start by saying that the place was very clean everything was wiped down I didn't see any spills it was so nice to walk in and see that. The bathroom was also kept up nice and clean so great job to the manager and team who work there. I ordered a roast beef cheese sandwich which was good, so I know it's fast food but I trust this restaurant because of the cleanliness I recommend it. read more

I personally love the Arby's franchise. It goes way back to my childhood days. The roast beef sandwich is my favorite menu item. I usually get the mid sized sandwich, and attach the meal plan with it. It never fails to satisfy my hunger and pleasure centers of my brain. I recently went for lunch at Arby's and of course I will come back. I can't resist. I do wish they had a franchise here in Naugatuck, but that's only wishful thinking in my part. Yum! I had Bianca & Karlee (manager) taking & giving my order! Wow! Both of these girls were fab!! My food was fresh and delicious! I have been here before and my fries were super oily, NOT TODAY! I was very happy both service & Food were great! Before giving my order I asked Bianca if she had coupons bc I left mine at home, she didn't but told me what was on special. Waited in line 20 minutes to place order. Come on folks, drive up service is not new to you. Watched the staff, bearded guy and a girl, having a good old time. Neither was consistently wearing their mask. Bearded guy actually took his mask down when talking to the customers in their cars. Cars at the window waited another 5 to 10 minutes for their order. It's Arby's, so its predictable in that respect, but the front sign is bad ass.

Finally, wheres the beef? At Arby's!! Their brisket is just as good as any bbq joint, you can even see the smoke ring, little fat, juicy... and doesnt cost an arm and a leg. They keep switching up the toppings. But i get a few packages of arby sauce and skip the mayo or bacon or bbq sauce, whatever they dream up. Must have the the onion straws tho lol. This place isnt like youre usual fast food. They serve curly fries, mozz sticks, jalapeño poppers, etc. During happy hour sliders are a dollar. Theres like 5 kinds, buffalo chickens good. Absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 items and they managed to mess up every item...I mean they gave me my french dip...WITHOUT the french dip. At the window the person giving me the food didn't miss an opportunity to snarl "NEXT time tell me you have a coupon OK?" Went there around Christmas time. My husband has a rather longish white beard. The associate took our order, and we sat down. The associate came out from behind the counter and gawked at my husband, moving around like he's about to pee his pants. The manager comes around to where the associate should have been, saying" you never come out from behind... oh." Then he turned around and went behind the warming station. That associate stood there the entire time we were eating. I ordered the Italian combo. The meat was so salty, it burnt the sides of my tongue. (I gave it to my dog and she got diarrhea). I looked at what was in the sandwich and it looked like the stuff they clean off the slicers at the end of the night, with withered lettuce and dried out tomato. It was gross! I have not been to Arby's for a few years, but everything looked so good in the commercials we decided to go. As usual the pictures always look better than the food. There were no huge stacks of meat and the sandwiches were small requiring two each plus fries and drinks. So it cost the two of us over $30 for lunch. The smoked brisket would be better without the overly sweet barbecue sauce. I prefer the BK Whopper for about half the price. Just another company that has to spend so much on advertising to keep people coming in, because they don't have anything special about their food. read more

Went to Arby's today since it was one of the place that were offering free meal to active duty and veterans on Veterans Day! Went in and I ask politely if they were offering free meals. They said no, "since we are not corporate", WTF does that mean? I'm thinking to myself, you offer free meals, but not!!! So, my years of services protecting your asses, keep you safe, and you sleeping comfortable in "YOUR" F**king bed, while I'm out fighting for your "FREEDOM" while you can work at Arby's, and you telling no, we don't offer free meals on Veterans Day when the ads is posted everywhere! Then why F**king post an ad that you do support the military, F**king rip-off!!! Arby's can suck a fat one!!!
