I happened upon this Arby's location while visiting family in Valdosta for a few days. It's conveniently situated among the hotels along North St. Augustine Road, and open later than most fast food joints. The Scene: The open and spacious dining room can accommodate both small and large groups of patrons. The restaurant, as a whole, was impeccably clean, including the fountain drink area and the restrooms. The Grub: My go-to favorite, The Double Beef 'n' Cheddar Combo with Curly Fries and an Apple Turnover. I've been throwing this down since my first job at Arby's in high school, when working in the mall was actually cool. The Beef 'n' Cheddar...it's meaty, it's saucy, it's cheesy...nuff said. The Curly Fries were fresh and crisp, the perfect accompaniment. The Apple Turnover reigns supreme, in my semi-professional opinion, over the fast-food dessert category, especially one right out of the oven. Did was good customer service was outstanding. The front end manager was exceptional. These ladies go above and beyond.

This review is for the store on St. Augustine. The food was terrible and it took forever to get served. I ordered lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, was charged for it, and then they forgot it. They also forgot the au jus for a french dip sandwich. The food is overpriced for what you get and the staff just don't care. read more

Chicken sandwich was old and slightly warm (heat lamp warm). Pic included. Yep! That's all the curly fries we got. Ask for salt and pepper as they don't offer it and it's not out for you to get, although the sauce dispensers where out for everyone to touch. You can't get all that excited about Arby's, unless you're really hungry on a road trip, in which case this one does just fine. The worker in the drive-through was friendly, both of our sandwiches tasted fresh and warm, my curly fries were good and crispy and they were generous with the Arby's sauce packets. Drive-through was a little slow, but I can deal with that in exchange for a fresh sandwich. I'm sure Valdosta has better places to go, but as for a quick stop off I-75 I have no complaints. read more

Unfortunately in the multiple times I have been here never once have they gotten my order correct. The latest incident was today I asked twice for Horsey sauce yet was given Arbys sauce. This has happened the last three times I have been here. So three times and your out! Crummy customer service. read more

I'm from out of town stopped by the employees were nice but definitely didn't fix my order right I ordered a 5 MD fish only got 3 finger size fish in my box & my grandma box we paid 24 to which wasn't worth it. read more

I usually love to go to Arbys for their curly fries and alternatives to the typical chicken sandwich and burger. Was not happy with this one because the Reuben was puny compared to the pictures. The pastrami was fine, not fatty, just not much of it. And it is advertised as STUFFED or something to make it seem like there is twice the meat. read more

Didn't actually eat here, so I can't review the food....just the service and facility. Stopped in while traveling and wanted to grab something fairly quick. I stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes waiting for an employee. A lady from the back saw me and said "she'll be up in a minute". Arby's is not a restaurant of my choice but everything else was closing, so I took a chance to try there 2 for 5 Fish Sandwich. I enter the drive-thru there was car in front of me one behind me. I place my order which took about 12 to15 mins to get I thought about pulling off. When I finally got my food the young lady said be careful the fish is very hot. The sandwich was warm not hot I could of made a better fish sandwich at my house the food was not worth the wait I will never eat at this business again Arby's sucks period. read more

The limited time offers were all sold out at 3:00pm when we visited. No mint shakes or fish sandwiches. The drive through window staff Georgian accent was lovely yet hard to understand. The location is a busy area that's hard to get in/out. Price was $35 for 5 people without any drinks. The wait at the drive through was over 10 minutes. I came here while passing down I 75....I stopped for a GYRO sandwich special 2 for $6 I always get the BEEF GYRO when Arbys has this special...and the sandwich is always pretty good. This time I asked for extra Tzatziki sauce on my sandwiches and I swear it had LESS than normal amount. The Sauce makes the sandwich to me. I ordered a Chocolate shake since they didn't have any special shakes going on..I usually get the Mint Choc shakes when available or Orange...They didn't even have a CHOCOLATE SHAKE....said ran out of choc syrup...SEND SOMEONE TO PUBLIX GET CHOCOLATE SYRUP..you should never be OUT of anything...go get a substitute... read more

Ordered a beef and cheddar meal. Got the beef but no cheddar. returned to counter and they added some. iI was barely warm. Wifes chicken sandwich tasted funny so she didn't eat it all. Can't say much for this Arby's at all. read more
