Grabbed a pack of their burger patties and the wife picked out some Popping Pineapple sausage. I threw the sausage on the grill at 300 the next morning with breakfast. I can't remember the last time I had some fresh pork sausage. This blend was awesome. It was a bit too spicy for my wife but my daughter had no problems with it so it' was medium heat. Great excuse to go back for some mild so the wife can enjoy some. I don't think I have ever had fresh bacon so that is on the list for next time. The boston butt turned out perfect after 13hrs on the smoker. I marinated it with some Notorious P.I.G rub from their shelves of seasonings. The burgers are a must try at least once if you like to eat hamburgers. I will buy it again. . Really hope to get a chance to try their dry aged ribeyes.
