Arby's - Guests - Fast Food Near Me - Sun City West, Arizona

Just got the worst sandwich you ever got they turkey terrible. Dried out bread. Bad bacon, my wife choked down a little bit and threw the rest away. A dollar waste. The chicken sandwich was nothing to bro about. From now on only Chick-fil-A in In-N-Out for me the best in the business top rated. read more

Just had one of their egg, bacon and cheese croissant breakfast meals. Never again. The croissant was mushie like it was yesterday. Only reason for 2 stars is the coffee was okay. If that's not any good, makes me really not want to try any.thing else from there. Servers were nice. read more

We were so disappointed in the brisket sandwich. The ads make it look like this is going to be not only delicious but also eatable. It's neither. The meet is dry, fatty and chunky. There are no redeeming qualities in this sandwich. read more

Well, this is the first...that I'm reviewing Arby's..if I could, I'd give it zero stars (the gal was really nice in the drive thru - but that was it) Gave me the wrong order. I didn't get a receipt. Not sure what they were doing in the restaurant. I've always had great service here. Food has been delicious. Not this time. This is bad. Sandwich was cold it was supposed to be hot. Arby's you stink. read more

I took my wife for a nice birthday dinner last night. On the way in I noticed a chalkboard with the happy hour drink specials. They had $2 Outlander, beer, and $4 House wine. I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a glass of Cabernet. The food was great as always. My wife had a half rack of ribs and I had the chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce and fries. When we were done, we asked to see the dessert menu and asked if they had any specials for birthdays? We kind of had our heart set on a chocolate lava cake with ice cream, but the only thing they'd offer is Desert was an ice cream sundae and said no money on the other desserts. When the waitress brought our bill, I noticed she had charged us $10 for the wine and I reminded her of the chalkboard by the front door. She said we had asked for the special wine. Both my wife and I worked in the service industry as bartenders for the first 13 years of our relationship, so it was with a very heavy heart that I deducted the six dollars from our waitresses tip. I discussed this further with a friend at Pickleball this morning, and he said he worked as a waiter for years, and the restaurant he worked at actually made all the waiters initial the specials board each night when they checked in. He thought it really improved an accountability . read more

This place is amazing. I placed a big order for New Year's Eve. They were so friendly and efficient; the manager, the cashier, and the people making the sandwiches. Every roast beef sandwich was delicious. My guests look forward to these sandwiches every year. read more

Stopped for a deluxe fish sandwich via the drive thru. When I got home I thought the sandwich felt a little cold & thin. Looked inside. There was NO FISH in my sandwich! Fries were all clumped together in a ball, and overcooked. So I paid $11.15 for a cold lettuce, tomato & cheese sandwich with overcooked fries. I must say the diet coke was good. You can do better Arbys! read more

For the price of a fish sandwich, there should be a pickle on it. Just lettuce and tarter sauce? Food was all just barely warm. Was it under a heat lamp? Not worth the price paid. read more

The restaurant was clean and the manager Jody Williams was courteous, professional, and attentive to our needs. I ordered the #24 Club wrap combo with a side salad, which could've been almost a meal by itself, and drink. We have visited this location before and were pleased with the food and service. We will definitely be back. read more

One of the better Arby's franchises. Always clean, friendly staff and food is fresh, hot, and fried things are nice a crispy. Arby's original is always my go-to and beef n cheddar is a close second. Love Arby's sauce and their horsey sauce. Apple turnovers! Seasoned curly fries, Fried jalapeño poppers with buckelberry sauce! I always get too many sides when I go here. Recently had the venison and it was surprisingly good! I hope they bring it back next year! I only wish Arby's would bring back the Arby-q! read more

We were starving after being out most of the day. We hadn't had Arby's in so long so we decided to stop by this location. Parking lot was good size and pretty empty. We were greeted quickly and our order taken. Had our food in about five minutes. Everyone was pretty happy with their food and the restaurant was clean. There were a few mistakes with our order like hash browns instead of curly fries. Nothing that would keep me away from a next time. read more

5 stars for consistency and remaining true to the format. I remember when Arby's had the "5 for 5" deal. That's five, regular roast beef sandwiches for 5 bucks. A steal of a deal! However, that was a rarity, even in the late 90's. Usually the deal was "4 for 5." Fast-forward to 2019, and the deal is "2 for 5." How times have changed! The cost of doing business in the fast food department has definitely increased. However, it seems that only the cost has changed at Arby's. Usually, as with most other fast-food joints, the cost not only increases but the quality and the portion sizes decrease. This doesn't seem to be the case at Arby's. Even if so, then it's only a little bit, and it's hardly noticeable. The regular roast beefs are nearly the same as I remember. The curly fries are the same as well. So kudos to Arby's for remaining consistent for decades. As for this Arby's, it's as good as any. Fries were fresh. The sandwiches were warm and taste good. The quality, overall, is on par to where it should be. If I were to change anything, it would be take more care in "building" the sandwiches. The meat was also a little bit dry, but the food was ordered in the evening, and things tend to shut down fairly quickly in Sun City West. read more

Arby's - Beautiful skies over Arby's Drive-Thru Service. - Fast Food Near Me - Sun City West, Arizona

The personnel are great, unfortunately the corporate penny pinchers have destroyed the quality and flavor of the food. If they want to see more stars on their reviews they need to bring back the original recipes for their products from 40 years ago. read more

The waiter on the PA system was told to not put sauce on one of our beef and cheese sandwiches. This he did but he was to include a packet of a sauce he recommended. No sauce. There was hardly any sauce on the other sandwich. Dry sandwiches with little flavor. Sad. read more

Nice location and the brand new store looks clean and friendly staff! However, I must give it a one star because it does not have the chicken walnut sandwich. It is not made at this new location- so we will be going all the way back to the bell and 99th Avenue location. The rest of the menu looks pretty standard to other Arby locations. read more

The Reuben sandwich you see on tv is not what you get. My wife picked me up one and it looked like someone sat on it. Hardly any meat. To much sauce. Case of false advertising if you ask me. Won't ever go back. Contacted corporate with no response read more

Ordered the three piece fish meal, I didn't get any tartar sauce with the meal. I ordered curly fries with the fish meal and the longest curly fry was a half inch in length. My wife ordered a roast beef brisket sandwich for $13 (the meal), I wouldn't feed it to my dog. I'm disgusted going to fast food restaurants anymore. NO ONE CARES ANYMORE. I see why so many fast food chains are in trouble. You won't get anymore of my money! read more

Went through the drive-thru today 7/17 around 11 am, at the Camino Del Sol location in Sun City West. I was greeted by Vivien, who was very polite and helpful. I ordered 4 - Half Pound Roast Beef sandwiches. When I pulled up to the window - she had her mask on, as well as gloves, and asked how my day was going. Vivien then asked if there was anything else I needed, sauces etc... The customer service was some of the best I have seen in a long time, and the sandwiches were excellent. I called in about 3 hours later and asked to speak with the Manager, to express my gratitude. The Manager - Nolan answered the phone. I explained my experience with Nolan and told him about Vivien, then said to thank whoever made the sandwiches. Nolan stated that he remembered the order, because he made the sandwiches. They have great coupons that come in the ads sometimes, but with the service and food as good as it was today, I would pay full price. read more

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I don't know how anyone would feel OK about conducting a business in a predominantly 55 and up community, where many of the residents have limited transportation options. This is disgusting. Just because people can't go farther to a cleaner, friendlier, better run store, where the orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner, doesn't mean that they should be subjected to this. My mother has frequency this restaurant for several years, and we will never be back. read more

I was very disappointed in the Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich It looks NOTHING like the commercial. As on the commercial you can see what kind of sandwich you are getting because of how much chicken salad you can see on the commercial. In person you can only see the bread and lettuce sticking out of the bread. Cannot see any if the filling. There is hardly any chicken salad on the bread at all It's a shame. I would buy more often because it is very good. But there isn't much filling in the sandwich. And you pay more than $5.00 for just the sandwich Very disappointed........ read more

As far as fast food restaurants go, this location is the worst. I have never felt so ignored as a customer and whenever they mess up my orders they act as if it was my fault and act as if they're doing me a favor by fixing it!! I am never going back to this location! read more

Been coming for quite sometime, I would say its 3 out of 5 times that when We decide to go here the order is always wrong. I ordered a chicken pecan salad sandwich this morning around 10:15 AM, planned to share it with my wife for our lunch. I was the only customer and observed at least three staff members one of whom seemed to be management. The store appeared to be clean and the older man who took my order was friendly. But that said we were disappointed with the sandwich. A very limp lettuce leaf, sparse chicken salad and dried out bread. read more

I ordered the 2-$6 fish n cheddar sandwiches. So damn Dry! It's like they used a plastic knife to spread cheddar ultra cheap! There was no evidence of tarter sauce at bottom. I ordered an Arnie Palmer and had to explain how to make it. I got straight up tea! Waste of money for lunch. I asked how much for Mac n cheese balls followed by a anything else 20 times! Any thing else?? I said d I'll do jalapeño bites instead, she came back with how many. I took small order followed by anything else?? Service sucked at window, I asked if napkins were in bag, she said have a nice day. Order was not double checked, napkins were in bag. A word of advice train your employees!!!! Ordered the fish sandwich online. Was ready and waiting when I arrived. Employees were very helpful.

Went there today and saw the dining room closed but the drive thru was still open but except no one answered the speaker box. I've been going to this restaurant for the past 3 years or so. But the girl who was taking drive-thru orders around 8 pm tonight, was super rude, had a bad attitude and very mean. I guess she is new, but I will not be coming to this restaurant again if that girl still works there. Worse experience with a restaurant I've had so far. Thanks to the awesome manager Joey, for attending us so nicely though. read more

About once per year I'll get suckered into going back to Arby's to try something out because they have a coupon. Today I went in to try out their chicken sandwiches. Since it was a two for $5 deal I tried two different sandwiches. The Chicken bacon swiss, and the Cordon blue. Both were very bland, except for the nasty metallic taste in the chicken. Even the bacon was horrible, and that's hard to do. It was way over microwaved I think. I think this was my last visit to Darby's for good this time, since the last 3 visits have all been horrible! read more

Visited Arby's in Sun City West. Ordered 3 sandwiches and ask that 2 of them not include cheese (dairy issue). Young man who took the drive-thru order handed me the sack. I ask if the 2 sandwiches were made as I ordered and he absolutely assured me they were so I left with the order. Got home and again, both sandwiches were made incorrectly. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Never know what to expect from this location but it's certainly not accuracy. read more

My husband and I stopped today (12/2/17), for lunch. We ordered sandwiches and a Farmhouse Salad to share. When the order was ready, my husband asked for 2 forks. The lady behind the counter says "we don't have any forks" and handed my husband 2 spoons! Now there is a Safeway store right next door. Maybe when she realized they were getting low on supplies, someone could have run next door or maybe she could have told us before we bought the salad?? The lack of intelligence is amazing. read more
