Man at the drive through window was very nice and efficient, as someone that has worked at an Arby's before they were very good about keeping things quick. Even when I asked for fresh food, it was no hassle and I got my food hot and fresh. As someone that has worked at one before I think I remember that we would turn the friers for the fried food off 30 minutes before close. So if you would want to go to any Arby's try to go at least an hour before they close to get exactly what you're in the mood for. No Arby's should be closing 30 minutes early without offering something other than the fried food however if it's been a long day and it gets super busy right at 9:30 I wouldn't want to be open for another hour to two hours, when you're trying to turn things off and clean up 30 minutes before close so you can go home ASAP. read more

Apparently, Arby's in Roseville is the great fast food ever. Detroit loves juicy and rare meats. I just tried Bourbon Bacon & Turkey are so scrumptious taste you could imagined this flavor! Great restaurant, great staff!! Very accommodating!! They made an error on our order, quickly replaced/fixed it, and gave us free food for the inconvenience. Lost the paper with the cashiers name, but she definitely was very courteous, understanding, apologetic, and more than willing to keep me a loyal customer. Corrected items were PERFECT, but unfortunately the first bag/original order was lacking. (That's not Future customers, be specific with your orders... asking for freshly made if your willing to wait.) I definitely always want freshly made HOT, even if I wait ten mins! 3 stars not for service, but for chewy buns and overcooked fries. Next time I will adjust my score if it's cooked to order; which I keep forgetting to request at times and is a must imo if your picky like me. read more

This is The Arby's for a great salad for certain ((*.*)) Drive thru is completely easy staff are generous and they do Not Rush you through an order and they even automatically put together your selection if need be to reduce cost which is very cool to me. I got this fabulous salad to bring home to eat, it was delish and my Son go the regular roast beef and curly fries with a huge smile. so i checked google for the hours it says open until 12 so we pull in at 9:30. when we get there the car before us ordered and got their food. the sign on the drive through said sorry for the inconvenience but we close at 10. ok fine. we sit there for ten minutes and 6 six cars pull up behind us. so we call and say hi we're at the drive thru. and she said sorry we're closed we only have two people and we can't help you. ok i get that it's busy but you gotta take that sign down it's misleading and also it's only 30 more minutes like get your bag girl what. anyway she said she the manager idk her management skills aren't great. imo. read more

If you plan on going through the drive-through, make sure you're not in a hurry or care if you end up with straws, sauce, or napkins. Half the time, they forget to give us either straws, napkins, or whatever sauce they asked us about when we ordered. Tonight it was all three. They're only able to deal with one customer at a time so the line builds up and moves very, very slowly. They will not take the next car's order until the are finished with the first person. It's the closest Arby's to our house so we have to choose whether to waste out time waiting here, or take the time to drive to another one when we crave it. read more

I don't understand how the store is still open. I went there last night and sat in line for 19 minutes before I got to where you order from and a 16 minute wait to get to the pick up window. The sign was not lit up it was hard to see but I knew what I wanted to French dip sandwiches. I live a mile away when I got home it was stone cold. And apparently they do not know what Au Jus is. What I received last night was mud Apparently it was beef gravy straight out of a can. Au Jus should be a semi clear liquid made from the drippings of the roast beef so the role the sandwich is on can absorb the liquid. What they serve me Had the viscosity of mud . I think all these fast food restaurants have lost the concept of fast food. They should stick to limited items on their menu to keep it simple and consistent. But I still don't understand why it takes so long to place and get your order. My food should not have been cold when I got home it's only a mile away. There's something very wrong with this place and it's been going on for a long time. I know everybody's gonna say it's Covid. I call BS on that. It's the owners fault for not having competent staff running their establishment. I doubt if I'll be back. And I know they don't care. I am only one customer they're losing. But if there's enough of us one customers who stop going there how much longer can they survive. Totally fed up and disgusted.
