Service is on the slow side here. Ordered the sub and it seemed I waited forever. Glad for the Curley fries. Wish they could cook it that would make a difference So when it comes to Arby's it is alwaYs a hit and miss.

First time going to this Arby's. Was worried when I saw the reviews on it but hey I love a challenge. The drive they person was great at taking our order and we did ask for no onions and tomatoes on 1 of the gyro's but it had onions on it and not lettuce. Ordered a Mello Yello no ice and light salt on fries and those were correct. The person at the drive thru window was excellent and asked if we wanted any sauces and I asked for 3 horsey and 5 Arby's sauce's and she gave me exactly that much and yes I worked in fast food for a few years. When she gave us our food she smiled and said thank you and have a great day. My experience was excellent except for the one mistake on a special order. Not sure why they had such low scores. Arby's staff you rock and young lady thanks for a great first experience at this location.

It's nothing to get excited about. We even tried their Two for $6 special and we were disappointed at the mediocre food. Its all rather bland and lifeless, which reminded me of cafeteria food. At these prices they should be serving gourmet food, but they aren't so I cannot recommend their expensive, bland food. There are better choices out there. We tried a variety of their offerings over time, including their specials and are completely disappointed with how poor their food tastes, especially compared with other fast food places. Our modest local sit-down restaurants serve far better food at the same prices so there is no way that fast food should be this insanely expensive. The place is clean and the employees are good, the food is just disappointing.

There hasn't been a sandwich yet that I've tried where I wish it didn't have something that was in it already five stars I always DoorDash from this location and they never miss a thing. It's always consistent. It's the same sandwich it's not missing anything. I would highly recommend.

Because of those experiences, this review is disappointing to write. Our recent dine-in experience was completely different. The employee who took our order came across as impatient from the start. Before I had finished ordering, he gave me the total after I mentioned my sandwich. I had to stop him to add two drinks, he sighed, asked how many, and immediately gave me another total. When I added a Goo Ball, he grabbed it, set it on the counter, rang up the new total, and again acted as though I was finished ordering before I had the chance to ask for anything else. We had actually planned to order more, but the interaction made us feel like we were inconveniencing him simply by ordering. I work in the restaurant industry myself, so I understand that everyone has bad days. Had that been the only issue, I wouldn't have taken the time to leave a review. The reason I'm writing this is what happened after we sat down. A woman who appeared to be the employee's girlfriend came into the restaurant, and his demeanor changed immediately. While he was still on the clock, she stood at the front counter by the register, and for much of the time we were there they were engaged in prolonged, intimate kissing and embracing. My girlfriend and I were seated in the booth closest to the register, only a few feet away, and she was facing them the entire time. It made her genuinely uncomfortable, and there was no way to avoid it while we were eating. At one point, a DoorDash driver came in to pick up an order. The employee briefly pointed toward the back of the restaurant, said, "Over there, man," without even looking at the driver, and then immediately went back to his girlfriend. That interaction made it clear he was still actively working while all of this was happening. To be clear, this isn't about an employee greeting their significant other. A quick hug or kiss wouldn't have bothered us. This was prolonged, intimate behavior at the front register while customers were dining, and it felt completely inappropriate for the workplace. I do want to recognize the rest of the staff because they deserve it. Everyone else was working, and the bartender was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. We'll continue ordering DoorDash because the food has always been consistently good, but we won't be dining in at this location again. We'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the Menaul location where we've always had positive experiences. I'm not looking for compensation or anything in return. I simply hope management is made aware of what happened because one employee's conduct turned what should have been an enjoyable lunch into an uncomfortable experience.

Evan D'Andrea was the best cashier ive ever had.. he gave lots and lots of GREAT suggestion,…read moreopinions, and was SUPER helpful to us while making yhe decision of what to eat. he even read out the drink options because i couldn't see that far!! he was exteremly diligent with our order, and with giving our change back, even he would "break a hundred" for us if needed!! Evan went as far as to jump up and down and do a little dance when handed his tip! his being attentive to us, the customers, as well as freindly and acknowledging of his coworkers made this experience at Dion's the best we have EVER had! will be coming again!! if you ever find yourself at the Dion's off of high resort, make sure you ask for Evan D'Andrea to be your cashier!! 2000000/10

Their customer service is truly one of the best and they handled it so professionally. I've also tried their subs and salads, and everything has been fresh and flavorful. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. And the green chile ranch is an absolute must, you don't want to skip it! The only downside during our last visit was the cleanliness of our booth. We sat in one of the corner booths and noticed crumbs along the sides and a dirty windowsill. Hopefully that was just an off day, because the food and service definitely keep us coming back.

We ordered the sandwich with no onion (due to preference not an allergy) and it came with onions, but not a big deal since they were big enough to take off and the server offered us a free dessert because of it.

I must admit as well, that was a long time ago…read more I imagined that I could expect the food to be just as good as I remembered it, but it wasn't. Made a visit back recently with some friends on one of our girls nights out to catch up. The visit was great, and I am glad that we get a chance to get together every month or two. Just not sure we'll pick O'hares again. I ordered a cup of the french onion soup and the sliders from appetizer menu. The french onion soup was good, I can say that. The sliders is a different story. They came with six sliders. That was literally it. Meat and bread. Nothing else. No cheese, no garnish, not even sliced pickles. That alone was $17! I was shocked when I saw the bill! You can typically order a burger with all the fixings and fries for that price or less. Our service was fair. Our server was nice enough and checked in on us. But the food was very underwhelming. I wouldn't recommend them, but you could may have a better experience than me. Just don't order the sliders! Then, to top it off, after ordering dessert, we are chit chatting and finishing our drinks. We slowly start to notice that the servers were grabbing their purses and heading to the front. Apparently they had been closed for almost 30 minutes but no one came to inform us that they were closed for the night! LOL! Silly place.
