Y'all I had my hopes up so high for this new steak nugget! Don't go and spend your hard earned money on them . They come in the size of 5 for 5.89 and 10 for 9.99. There is an overwhelming scent of smoke with no pit insight! The bite I ate was over smoked artificially! The meat was warmed either in a microwave or drawer warmer! They are not cooked to order! Happily I ordered the potato cakes which were hot and cooked to order. Steak nuggets may have just appeared on the menu but I can predict it will not stay on the menu once you all realize they "suck" and stink to highest of high heaven! I think Arby's has undergone some dramatic changes. To stay competitive, they had to get rid of that "It's all about the beef" approach and done right, they have a real winner in their gyro sandwich. The pita bread/flatbread they are using is excellent. Their choice of lettuce, tomato and red onion is perfect. The gyro meat is my menu choice of the three. The beef choice has the thin sliced meat generally all packed in one spot. I've not had the turkey. The Arby's taztiki sauce tastes fresh and spot on. When they have this sandwich 2 for $6.00, it's a very tasty and filling bargain for two people. Split some of their thick crispy onion rings, if you want. The fish sandwich is also a bargain but not as "wonderful." Billed as "wild-caught Alaskan Pollock fillet topped with a zesty Cajun remoulade and shredded lettuce;" I would have to say there is nothing "zesty" at all about the remoulade. Arby's, bizarrely enough, doesn't have pickles OR jalapeños (which I tend to think is ridiculous in Texas, but anyway) so ask for onion and tomato with your shredded lettuce and maybe extra remoulade. Well.. I came to this Arby's location last night, ordered many meals, waited a while in the drive thru, received my order, got back on the highway only to find out that half of my food was missing. Tried calling the location and the line was busy. I have no other option but to leave a bad review. Tired of paying outrageous prices, to get bad service and missing half my order. Got my order wrong. Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and got something completely different. Worst feeling once you already made it home.

My beef and cheddar sandwiches had so little meat on them I was shocked. I didn't weigh it, but should have, it was probably 3 ounces. Also, why are the classic roast beef sandwiches 2 for $6, but if you get beef and cheddar it is $13 total. I even clarified with the cashier (so I am being charged $6 for the cheddar? She said, "yes." So, next time I should get the classic roast beef and ask for cheddar on the side. The food is not hot, and the wait is long even when there aren't cars in front of me. read more

I was given old fries on an order where I spent over 32 dollars, was flat out lied too about my order, my fries were all the hard ends that had fallen off other fries, i was told they were waiting on fresh fries is why it took my order so long, I tried calling back, and they have the phone set to disconnect after like 5 rings, Arby's is a JOKE, they get your money and you get what you get, they have kids running the place who have no regard for what they give you because you can't go inside during these times, so you'd have to get back in the drive through line again. read more

I come here often with my daughter for a Saturday lunch to get us out of the house. The service is unusually helpful. I say this because it seems to have taken a page out of the Chick-fi-la notebook if you know what I mean. They actually come by and check on you and make sure you are happy. I'll be upfront and say this review is NOT about the food, which I haven't yet tried at this location - it's for the fact that there were no working lights in the women's restroom when I stopped in, which meant that it was a pitch black room. I had intended to order food after visiting the restroom, but realized that if the lights weren't working, that would seem to indicate a failure to maintain the room. The drive thru line was long and it moved slowly. When I got to the speaker to order, I was asked to hold. A gentleman yelled "DAMN" over the speaker before taking my order. I articulated my order loudly and slowly, but I was still asked to repeat it. I wasn't given the sauce I requested, so I had to go inside. The staff was kind of lingering at the register talking to friends. (There was still a long drive thru line.) I got my sauces and left. Got home and my order was WRONG! Our family had a great lunch today. We were wrapping up a 20 hr road trip and decided to stop for a bite to eat. The shift manager, Dijon, was amazing. The way he took the order was very professional, repeating it back each time to clarify then again once the order was done. When he had a break from taking orders he came around the dining area to check on everyone and make sure their food was good. When we were finishing up he came back and offered to take our trash for us. Definitely the best experience we have ever had at an Arby's. read more

Hi my name is April, it is 9:37 p.m the date is June 23rd, 2017. I am making a complaint about the African American employe in the back line for the slicer I do not know her name she has her natural hair out in two buns and is not wearing makeup if it helps thin but not skinny and short. I gave the time so y'all would know what shift she was in she was very rude to the shift manager who is Ricardo. He clearly asked her to make another buffalo sandwich the attitude for her response was completely unnecessary, she raised her voice (was yelling) and told the manager to go and make the sandwich himself the started cussing at him and swinging her arms, me and all the other costumers in the lobby heard her and noticed the disrespect and fuzz she caused. Sam, Joe this is April I've been a good employee and I expect a response from her attitude I believe I would receive one if I had done anything as close as what she did it was disrespectful and completely unnecessary! So excited Arby's opened in RO and went this weekend, as we had been going to Midlothian from Waxahachie. That excitement was ruined when we walked in and the place was absolutely nasty. Not a clean table in the place and food was mashed under each table. People were standing around waiting for their food and clearly looked ticked off. Employees were sitting at the table obviously "on break". We had to clean our own two tables. There were two different tickets in our party. We each ordered a turkey and Swiss market fresh sandwich on separate orders. We got some kind of bacon and turkey and it was nasty. Because everyone else had gotten their food we just went ahead and ate what we didn't order. We left and people were still waiting for food. We drove from waxahachie to eat there but would not walk next door to eat at this Arby's. We will go back to Midlothian and hope Waxahachie will get another Arby's. read more
