I only leave yelp reviews when I have an extremely good or bad experience. This Arby's was one of the best experiences I've had at any restaurant in recent memory. Food was quick and tasty (for fast food). What really stood out was the service. There was a redhead lady working the counter and she was exceptional both in taking orders and checking with patrons. It was a busy (for Raton) lunch hour, but it didn't slow this location down at all. The restaurant was clean too. Can't recommend this enough if you need a quick bite as you're driving I-25. read more

Military discount! Haven't been to any Arby's in a while because it seemed they were always out of something, even Roast beef once in Commiefornia! And didn't put enough meat on the sandwiches. THIS Arby's was great! They put enough meat on, it was clean, they were quick. Good experience. read more

Food is bad. The French dip "Royale" was so wet it was coming apart. The #1 meal is Not the regular roast beef sandwich like every other Arby's in the country. It is the beef and cheddar. I didn't even look, just ordered the #1. Dumb me. Also, the Meat &3 Box for 7.99 is only the chicken sandwich OR ham and Swiss, no regular roast beef. They are "out", unless you order a regular meal. The men's room has standing water everywhere. Gross. Go to the McDonald's next door. At least you can be pretty sure they will give you the things on the menu. read more

I ordered a double meat mountain with extra roast beef and carrots on the side and they messed up my order that they gave me a raw meat grilled cheese with extra chitlins. I still macked it cause Arby's is straight eats, but I wanted a meat mountain after burying my dog, Chica. Horrible service and the place smelled rank as hell. I do not recommend just because of the service, but the meat mountain and raw chitlin sandwich is really good. read more

To be honest I cannot wrap my head around as to why this restaurant had 4 stars. The food was tasty, hot, and came out fast. The inside was clean and full of other guests. I would stop here on the road again. read more

Fast service and fresh food! Everything was hot and tasted great! It was super clean inside too. read more

Great vibes! Michall was a sweetie. Cozy lobby and food was good. Can't ask for more.

Two for $6 chicken sandwich is a major rip-off. Overcooked and its size competes with White Castle sliders. Go elsewhere. read more

Totally ignored by three employees while standing at order desk for TEN MINUTES!! No other customers in the place!! I'd give a negative number if it was possible!! Give this Arby's A BIG PASS!! read more

Looks nice inside except for every table is dirty. 1:20 so not too busy. One person left before me cussing about no large drink lids. A lady came in after me. The place is empty. Staff has no motivation. Food was typical Arby's read more

We were there last week and the service was wonders. The restaurant was very clean and food was hot and fresh!

Ordered thru Door Dash. Order was made 1 hour before DD picked it up. Arby's sent it out like that. Everything was ice cold except the drink because the ice melted. Never ordering from here again read more

Food came out cold and I asked for a large arnold palmer with strawberry lemonade whigh the lady in the drive thru continued to give me a small saying I can't get a large if I want half with strawberry lemonad. Their large option for a strawberry lemonade does not fill a normal large all the way and when I'm asking for half to have sweet tea I don't get why she needs to create an argument over it then tell me I can't have that and she'll give me a large with normal lemonade instead. Every time I've gone to Arby's elsewhere I've never had an issue with this ever because the person taking my order is coherent enough to realize the difference in what I'm asking for. People like the lady I had to experience are what give fast food a bad name and should not be in customer service. read more

Best Gyro I've had in a while. We are continuing to get great food at the Arby's we visit.

We ate at the busy noon hour, but the staff was fast and efficient! Love the Reuben sandwich! I like Arby's menu that is different from the other fast food restaurants. read more

Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Food was served hot and was what you would expect from an Arby's restaurant. Staff was unprofessional-as we came in, a young gal was walking towards the drive up area with an armload of paper products when someone jumped out at her. She screamed and dropped part of her load. When my wife asked if she had seen a mouse or something, she said that HER BOSS had jumped up at the drive up window and had scared her. Service was OK but not up to the standards that I would expect from Arby's. read more

Food was hot and fresh and service was good. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

I'm not kidding if you a schedule DO NOT GO HERE. SLOWEST PLACE IVE EVER ORDERED! Just go as cross the street. I mean ridiculous!!!! read more

We stopped for lunch and were disappointed by how filthy the parking lot was. There are greasy stains on the sidewalk and parking lot. The inside was clean and the service was excellent. The food was good and served quickly. The first impression outside probably chases away a lot of business. read more

We stopped here on our way to Denver yesterday. My wife ordered several sandwiches, potato cakes, and the dollar root beer float. The cashier overcharged on the float. The general manager came in screaming at my wife, Theresa Salazar, and she exclaimed, "This cashier is not perfect. Move to the side of the line. I have to take care of other customers before giving you a refund. Don't disrespect me with your arguments. I will now cancel your entire order for arguing with me. I dont have time for this." My wife did not move out of the line. It took 15 minutes for the GM to give her a refund. That GM should be fired as she was very unprofessional. read more

This location is by far the slowest and worst I have experienced. Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes, being told "just a minute", after several minutes of silence the rude worker got an attitude. It's always a long wait and they almost always mess up our order in one way or another. The food is decent if you actually get your correct order, so that's all I can say positively but rude workers ruin it even if the food was amazing. Do better. read more

I went here on Thanksgiving Day on out way to Santa Fe. It was average-like any Arby's ever. Bathroom clean, staff nice, curly fries curly. Normally I wouldn't review fast food but you kids are being too hard on poor Raton. They don't have much else... read more

Wife and I stopped here for lunch passing through. My roast turkey and Swiss sandwich was excellent. Fresh lettuce and tomato. Tons of turkey on fresh bread. Wife's wrap was very good. Two thumbs up to the crew. We will be back next time we're in Raton. read more

Traveling through and stopped in. They have a limit of 5 people to the restaurant at this time which is fine. We walked in, ordered our food and I have to say it was the best Arby's I've had in years! We got it to go and ate our Roast Beef sandwiches and curly fries in the car. I'm from Dallas and Denver, and none of them have compared to the speed and freshness of this location. read more

EXPENSIVE!!! A regular roast beef combo plus an extra sandwich was more than $15. You would also think for that kind of money they would get the order correct. I ordered potato cakes and I got curly french fries. Joe Pesci is right. Never go through the drive-through. read more

On our road trip we stopped by this Arby's, we have freqented many before and know this is not the fastest of fast food places. However, we waited over 5 minutes before someone took our order. Once at the drive thru we could see 2 employees on cell phones. We waited another 10 minutes to actually get our food. Sandwiches were cold, one combo was missing curly fries that came with it and another was the wrong size (paid for a large, got a small) also asked for no red sauce on one sandwich...it was drinched in it. Very disappointing experience after being on the road for so long. read more

On the way to Philmont Scout Ranch. These guys were slammed when we got out of our bus. They did awesome. Quick service despite there being standing room only in the dining area. My hat is off to these guys!! Thanks! read more

Additional charges for ANY changes to meals even with substitution options, WITHOUT warning that additional charges are being made. Misleading and annoying to say the least. As such, overpriced and recommend you eat elsewhere. For example, replacing drink in meal with milkshake, they will not 'cut the difference' between the soda vs milkshake, instead you pay full price for a meal plus milkshake. Also, menu is misleading, shows prices for small meals rather than medium which is standard. Staff was not rude, but needs to inform what exact charges are being made and why. Again, annoying. read more

They were quick and the employees cheerful. Food was hot. Great for a quick lunch while traveling.

This experience started with the counter person looking at receipts for 15 minutes while we waited "in line". We were the only ones in line. He looked up and didn't acknowledge us until my dad finally asked for help. What the heck! Rating this two stars because our food was good and really hot, but took 20 minutes to get to our table. At fast food, that's not okay... We are on a time crunch and didn't pick a sit down restaurant that was nicer because we needed something fast. This was anything but. A second star because the bathroom was clean and smelled really nice. read more

Don't come here! Just passing through town and needed something quick to eat. As we were eating our meals, it was discovered that our sandwich meat was almost raw, and bleeding onto the bottom bun. Told the manager (we weren't expecting a refund) and she just said "uhhh" and walked off. read more

Worst. Service. Ever. The guy taking our order was rude and couldn't care less about his job. They didn't even give us the whole order and he was mad at us about it. The soda syrup needed changing and he said no he was too busy. We wanted chicken nuggets and he said it would be too long to wait and all the fryers were going. I'm pretty sure he hates his job and that's not my problem. We were patient and polite and friendly and I don't even think Mary Poppins could make him happy. I will say the food was fresh. But I feel badly for his co workers and other customers. Maybe he is a nice guy and having a bad night but I don't think so. read more

The restaurant was carpeted and looked like it hadn't be cleaned in years, there was food and wrappers on the floor, in and around the booths. The dining area also smelled like urine. Tables were dirty as were the benches. Food wise, it was ok. I have had better at Arby's. The staff was friendly but the girl that served me, I watched as she eventually wiped down each table with the same cloth, didn't pay attention and then stood in the dining room on her cell phone on a personal call. Thanks for sharing your personal business with us! I won't be back. If you are driving thru, don't bother. Keep going!!! read more

This Arby's was not a good place. The bathroom (women's) was, according to my wife, "disgusting". Toilet paper sheets on the floor. Paper towel and toilet paper dispensers were empty and the refills were scattered about. Trash can overflowing... Outside, the dumpsters were full and overflowing. Bad sign for the food. 3 out of 4 of us (not me) bought and ate a value meal. Those 3 became varying degrees of ill. I can't and won't conclude that the food was responsible but we have decided that we won't ever stop at that particular Arby's again. read more

Chicken salad sandwich was not as pictured (not even close). When I asked for the peppers to complete my husband's cheesesteak I overheard the staff complaining about me. I don't live close; but this visit likely changed my view of all Arby's. :( read more

Horrible service. Waiting at the counter for a long while for anyone to acknowledge us. We could hear a younger girl in the back telling stories of her personal life. As we were about to leave, she comes up to help us with a horrible attitude. Impatient or bothered that she had to help us. When our food was ready my husband asked her for ketchup. She waived her hand and said "its out there". It was empty. She puts 3 packettes on the counter and he said..can I get more than that? She said "we can't give that many.." he repeated that the self serve was empty.. she said "...and we're gonna fix that..!" And walks away.after we finished and.. as we were leaving, another girl finally refilled the ketchup... there were No other customers during this whole time. read more

I decided to give them a second chance. Everybody can have a bad day. Nobody's perfect. Only this place doesn't even try! This time I got what I ordered only what I didn't order was my sandwich to be dripping in Arby's sauce. Literally dripping out the sides and down my arm. I wanted it dry so I could dress it up with Horsey sauce. Maybe they always put sauce on it that way. What if I don't like the sauce (and I don't). My sandwich is ruined. I think it's supposed to be dry or why would they ask you if you want Arby's or Horsey sauce? The fries were hot but old. No crunch, just limp. There won't be a third times the charm with this place. Try the Subway instead. Jay I. read more

Worst Arbys I ever seen. I travel a hour to go to Arbys because I love Arbys. Everytime I come here is a joke. Last time half of the bun was burnt black and I didnt get a refund. This time the drive through sat still for 20 minutes and there was no customers in the lobby. I been here at least 20 times and its by far the worst Arbys I ever seen. If you notice the good reviews are from travelers who stopped once. read more

I COMPLETELY agree with the other two reviewers. Do NOT eat here. It took more than 40 minutes to order and get our food and took less than that to eat - even with a 2 year old! Staff was completely disorganized and not very caring about the food. Ordered a roasted spicy chipotle chicken sandwich and got a fried something else instead. Not eating at Arby's again. read more

The only reason I gave this place a 2 star was because the fries were hot! Sandwich felt as if it had just came out of the refrigerator and buns were mushy, and drinks had an off taste. $20 for fast food, I expect the food to at least be hot and fresh!!! read more
