I ordered a double meat mountain with extra roast beef and carrots on the side and they messed up my order that they gave me a raw meat grilled cheese with extra chitlins. I still macked it cause Arby's is straight eats, but I wanted a meat mountain after burying my dog, Chica. Horrible service and the place smelled rank as hell. Food is bad. The French dip "Royale" was so wet it was coming apart. The #1 meal is Not the regular roast beef sandwich like every other Arby's in the country. It is the beef and cheddar. I didn't even look, just ordered the #1. Dumb me. Also, the Meat &3 Box for 7.99 is only the chicken sandwich OR ham and Swiss, no regular roast beef. They are "out", unless you order a regular meal. Best Gyro I've had in a while. We are continuing to get great food at the Arby's we visit.

Food came out cold and I asked for a large arnold palmer with strawberry lemonade whigh the lady in the drive thru continued to give me a small saying I can't get a large if I want half with strawberry lemonad. Their large option for a strawberry lemonade does not fill a normal large all the way and when I'm asking for half to have sweet tea I don't get why she needs to create an argument over it then tell me I can't have that and she'll give me a large with normal lemonade instead. Every time I've gone to Arby's elsewhere I've never had an issue with this ever because the person taking my order is coherent enough to realize the difference in what I'm asking for. People like the lady I had to experience are what give fast food a bad name and should not be in customer service. read more

Restaurant and restrooms were clean. Food was served hot and was what you would expect from an Arby's restaurant. Staff was unprofessional-as we came in, a young gal was walking towards the drive up area with an armload of paper products when someone jumped out at her. She screamed and dropped part of her load. When my wife asked if she had seen a mouse or something, she said that HER BOSS had jumped up at the drive up window and had scared her. This location is by far the slowest and worst I have experienced. Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes, being told "just a minute", after several minutes of silence the rude worker got an attitude. It's always a long wait and they almost always mess up our order in one way or another. The food is decent if you actually get your correct order, so that's all I can say positively but rude workers ruin it even if the food was amazing. Do better. read more

We stopped here on our way to Denver yesterday. My wife ordered several sandwiches, potato cakes, and the dollar root beer float. The cashier overcharged on the float. The general manager came in screaming at my wife, Theresa Salazar, and she exclaimed, "This cashier is not perfect. Move to the side of the line. I have to take care of other customers before giving you a refund. Don't disrespect me with your arguments. I will now cancel your entire order for arguing with me. I dont have time for this." My wife did not move out of the line. It took 15 minutes for the GM to give her a refund. That GM should be fired as she was very unprofessional. read more

On our road trip we stopped by this Arby's, we have freqented many before and know this is not the fastest of fast food places. However, we waited over 5 minutes before someone took our order. Once at the drive thru we could see 2 employees on cell phones. We waited another 10 minutes to actually get our food. Sandwiches were cold, one combo was missing curly fries that came with it and another was the wrong size (paid for a large, got a small) also asked for no red sauce on one sandwich...it was drinched in it. Additional charges for ANY changes to meals even with substitution options, WITHOUT warning that additional charges are being made. Misleading and annoying to say the least. As such, overpriced and recommend you eat elsewhere. For example, replacing drink in meal with milkshake, they will not 'cut the difference' between the soda vs milkshake, instead you pay full price for a meal plus milkshake. Also, menu is misleading, shows prices for small meals rather than medium which is standard. Staff was not rude, but needs to inform what exact charges are being made and why. Horrible service. Waiting at the counter for a long while for anyone to acknowledge us. We could hear a younger girl in the back telling stories of her personal life. As we were about to leave, she comes up to help us with a horrible attitude. Impatient or bothered that she had to help us. When our food was ready my husband asked her for ketchup. She waived her hand and said "its out there". It was empty. She puts 3 packettes on the counter and he said..can I get more than that? She said "we can't give that many.." he repeated that the self serve was empty.. she said "...and we're gonna fix that..!" The restaurant was carpeted and looked like it hadn't be cleaned in years, there was food and wrappers on the floor, in and around the booths. The dining area also smelled like urine. Tables were dirty as were the benches. Food wise, it was ok. I have had better at Arby's. The staff was friendly but the girl that served me, I watched as she eventually wiped down each table with the same cloth, didn't pay attention and then stood in the dining room on her cell phone on a personal call. This Arby's was not a good place. The bathroom (women's) was, according to my wife, "disgusting". Toilet paper sheets on the floor. Paper towel and toilet paper dispensers were empty and the refills were scattered about. Trash can overflowing... Outside, the dumpsters were full and overflowing. Bad sign for the food. 3 out of 4 of us (not me) bought and ate a value meal. Those 3 became varying degrees of ill. I can't and won't conclude that the food was responsible but we have decided that we won't ever stop at that particular Arby's again. read more

Ate lunch here today while passing through town. Bathroom immaculate. Employees friendly, engaging, polite and efficient. Food excellent: brisket sandwich and loaded Italian.
