The waitress forgot our onion rings which showed up when we were basically done, and when our food arrived I reminded her about our two chocolate milks; she brought mine and not my son's, and then 7 minutes later she showed up with his. We ended up not drinking them because they weren't the chocolate milk that Denny's usually serves, we got white milk with some chocolate syrup stirred in. There was just enough syrup to change the milks color slightly, but not enough to even taste. These folks, although very pleasant, did about everything wrong that you could do wrong in the restaurant service industry. When placing the order we requested blue cheese on the side which they provided but then drowned the salad in caesar dressing. I'm confused why you would put any dressing on a salad that is carry out because obviously by the time you get it it's going to be soggy. When we called to talk to Jennifer (manager) she was rude and appeared agitated that we were not happy with the condition of the salad. She accused us of trying to get free food...I offered to bring the salad back and she said the kitchen was closed so it wouldn't do any good. Jennifer's exact words were "maybe we're not the restaurant for you." I eventually hung up on her due to her rude tone and the fact that I have patients to take care of. Hopefully someone over Jennifer will address this so I don't have to discourage other hospital staff from ordering.
