First trip to Pickens Arby's. Food was cold, my reuben had very little meat, and very little sauerkraut. Plenty of thousand island sauce. The person that took our order was very kind and polite. I ordered a Turkey & Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich. I drove to SixMile SC to take food to take my husband who is sitting with his elderly dad. When he opened his sandwich it was grilled, and had no turkey on the sandwich. I called to tell them what happened. She proceeded to tell me this is the way they do it! I said oh you serve a turkey sandwich with no turkey. So my husband had no food . Very unprofessional, had to wait for ever, and to the manger it was no big deal!!!!! Very disappointed!!! read more

Visited the Pickens SC location today, tried the fish & cheddar sandwich. Absolutely delicious!. Nice soft sesame bun, hot tasty oversized portion of fish that was not greasy, fresh crisp lettuce and ample cheese and tartar sauce. Was a real treat. Better than my old go-to fish sandwich at McD's. Only issue is that I wasnt told of the special 2 for $6 deal, and wound up paying $5.66 for one sandwich. I used the drive through, and the associate was pleasant, and greeted me with professionalism and a smile. I was very impressed overall with my visit and cant wait to return for more. read more

For a Tuesday at a little after noon it was busy. I don't have a problem with that, what I do have a problem with is the drive thru employee who took our order forgetting things. She forgot to give us straws for our drinks. When we placed our order we were told they were out of crinkle fries, ok not a big deal. We ordered 2 strawberry and cream pies and were told that one was ready now but we'd have to wait seven minutes for the second. We said we wanted the one that was ready. When we got home (Greenville..we volunteer at the Gleaming House food pantry in Pickens), I noticed we didn't have a pie. We both needed to take a nap as my boyfriend works overnights and I was up at 5am, I called the store to complain and the phone rang and rang before I gave up. read more

we got our food and was charged for curly fries and there were no fries, but the new milkshake was good although it isn't how advertised. It just taste like a vanilla milkshake and it's pure white but the new milkshake is supposed to be a mocha. read more

The last 4 times I have attempted to visit this Arby's I have had to drive away as the drive thru line never moves forward. There is not a line of cars between the speaker and the window, only a line backed up to get to the speaker to place an order. Cars just pull out over and over and about 1 car every 15 mins makes it to the window to get their order. After the last trip there on 7/8/24, I will not be back. If the store manager had a clue of what they were doing then they would address this issue. The food is not bad, just the lack of service. I have visited this restaurant for years and this has only been a problem for about the last year or so. If they don't fix this, they will be another victim of worthless local employees...Hire from Greenville or Easley. The same worthless people seem to move around from fast food to place here in Pickens. They will work if they had any leadership. I usually go thru the drive-thru after school for the 3 grandkids to get sliders and milkshakes for the kids. The get in and immediately ask Gammi are we getting our milkshakes and slider, they love it. I had spoken to Brittany A. that it was a true pleasure to see her at the window because she is always smiling and friendly. I had dealt with someone earlier and just needed a kind-hearted person at this point and there was Brittany A! Pickens Arby's should be extra proud of this employee! Well here we go again. I've lost count as to how many SCREW UPs this restaurant has caused us. And it always seems to be with French Dips! Just left Arby's in Pickens empty handed. Ordered some French Dips. They took our money then told us after the there was no dipping sauce. So we said that we would take some gyros instead, which would cost less. They didn't know how to credit the difference without having to call a manager and at first tried to get even more money from us. We said forget it and had to explain to them how to pay us back the difference. We went to Burger Ling instead with no issues.
