To top it all off, once our food was finally ready, we found out they forgot to make my sandwich. When my husband inquired about it, one of the teenage boys said "Oh yeah! Thanks for reminding me!" ... not a single apology or even a "my bad." As we were sitting and I was finally able to eat something, we had the pleasure of listening to two female employees gossip loudly about previous customers and other people they seemed to dislike. Very annoying - the back might be a better trash talking area as your customers shouldn't be subjected to your whiny mindless complaints. The food itself is great. This is the best, most authentic sourdough that you can get in Utah. I've never been disappointed by the food and it's the reason I put up with the poor service. It's just getting to the point where I'm seriously questioning whether the great food is even worth recurring trips. It seems like with every visit, the service goes lower and lower down the drain. I'd say this place is worth a trip maybe once a year. Just prepare to wait an unholy amount of time for a literal sandwich and always double check that they even get your order right, because every single visit, they've screwed something up on my order.

The food was disappointing too. About half of it came out ice cold, and the cheeseburgers were so charred and overcooked they were tough to eat. The one bright spot: the scones were the best we've ever had--absolutely delicious. We really hope things improve.
