The pizza was perhaps the cheesiest I've ever had. That's a plus for us but maybe not for everyone. The service was timely, friendly and accommodating. The seating was outside via covered picnic tables which worked great since the weather was nice. The take out business was brisk while we were there during a work day evening which we took as a good sign. We wouldn't hesitate to go back if we were in the area again!!

Last week I ordered a 12" sandwich from Subway's app for $6.99. It advertised that all sandwiches…read morewere for $6.99 (and no, not for the sandwich of the day). After placing my order the priced jumped to $8.59 and I didn't didn't order anything extra. I went into the store and they said they couldn't give me the difference back and that only the owner can do that. I gave my name and number and waited for my sandwich. The cashier charged me a second time stating that the owner would refund the full amount. Cashier said price of my sandwich is $8.59. I told her that their app said all sandwiches were $6.99 and pulled out my phone and showed her the proof on their app. I was told it was a mistake. By this time I was fed up with all the BS, paid the price and asked the cashier to ask the owner to call me back in 2 days. Never heard from the owner even after leaving 2 more msgs. To top it all off my tuna sandwich had less tuna and had hardly any mayo in the tuna. Bland and dry. I would NOT recommend this Subway in Caldwell, OH And I will take to social media to make sure everybody knows about the sh*t that they pulled and how the owner doesn't care about their customers.

The bartender is not capable of handling a big crowd and giving everyone good service although I am sure she thinks she is. She was more focused on trying to impress a couple single guys at the bar than taking care of her entire customer base. Food was average, not worth the lack of service.
