After an hour of waiting I asked about my order and was informed that the ticket was never put in the system. They also tried to hide the fact that the order was never put in until I pressed them. Isolated incident? Maybe. Doesn't changed the fact that they wasted over an hour of my time.

I am going to say that this is the best breakfast I have ever had. They serve Dirty Girl coffee, which is a local brand and it is incredible. Our party ordered Eggs your way, the Sweet & Savory, Build your Own burrito, French Toast, and I had a stack of pancakes. Everyone cleaned their plate and the pancakes were incredible. The service was good as well, but they are very busy, so you will need to be patient. If you go for breakfast, you should get there not much later than open because they fill up fast. It would be worth the drive from Athens to have a breakfast of this caliber.

They told me they would come out side and wave to me, which they did. We went in and I got my wife seated at a table and someone explained that I needed to get in line and order. This little place was packed. Not fancy, or down along the Ohio River, but great food at very affordable prices! I love little local places like this so I thought it was perfect. Absolutely average is just about every way…read more We had spent the day in Parkersburg and had this place recommended a couple times The restaurant is a typical tavern looking seat yourself restaurant. It seems to not know what it wants to be. Is it a pub? Is it a sports bar? Overall clean and comfortable. We were there for lunch and it was fairly busy and VERY loud. Definitely people talking at "bar" levels. The menu is a smallish sandwich focused spread. We had a Rueben and a NET Burger. Both were large and as stated average. The strange thing is sandwiches do not come with anything on the side. Just a sandwich on a plate. No chips, no fries, no pickle spear. Just a sandwich. We did order onion rings as a appetizer they were pretty good, butI just found it odd the way our sandwiches were presented , and odder that our server never mentioned this. When talking about service, this is the one place that is not average. It is below average It was semi busy, but our server was often missing in action. Aside from the not mentioning the no accompaniment to sandwiches, she disappeared for 20 minutes as we were awaiting our check to leave. We actually had to ask a different server for our check. Over all service was poor, food and facilities were just OK-ish. Probably would not return. Based on observations locals love this place, but our visit was lackluster
