Truly great and clean Arby's. Not a single issue. Arby's is a great place to get a fast snack or to squelch a hankering for shakes, curly-curl fries, soda, meats and BLTs, cookies.. The drive thru is a breeze. The lot is clean. The speakers work. The staff are polite. The orders are correct. To me, it was just a bit out 'in the middle of nowhere'. No benches. No shops. Very nice chicken sandwich for lunch. Got ripped on the fries and tea though. Large fry might have been filled half way, the half/half tea was very diluted and wasn't mixed anyway, think it was just unsweet with a lot of water. Too bad to, it was a good sandwich, I'd get it again. read more

I use to like buying at this store, but the quality of service has gotten considerably worse of late... They have gotten very slow to the point that every-time I visit they are directing people to park at the end of the drive-thru lane by the door instead of a parking spot so they can take the food to you when it's finally ready... There's is not much room to go around any car parked at the end of the drive-thru lane and it's a dangerous situation because I have seen passengers opening car doors and getting out of cars and almost being hit ... On my most recent visit a vehicle again was parked in the drive-thru lane, I was speaking to the shift manager about the potential of an accident happening when they ask customers to park at the end of the drive-thru lane and asking the other customers to drive around them, a guy came up to the window moved the lady I was speaking to and said, "well the car already left" so what.... I ask him who he was and he said he is the assistant manager and his name is Ronnie... He then handed me my food and milkshake... His hands were dirty like he hadn't wash them for a while, so I had to return the food and ask for a refund... I don't eat food from nasty people!!! While I rarely eat from fast food chains, I was shopping nearby and had a coupon. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich meal, just like I enjoyed when I was a kid. The sandwich itself was alright, but very sloppily made. It took nearly 10 minutes to receive my order, which seemed ridiculous considering all they need to do is slap some meat and squeeze some cheese between two buns. But the worst part was that it made me sick for 2 days. Beginning the next morning, I could barely eat anything and always felt like I wanted to vomit. I already knew that Arby's didn't have quality food, but I was craving a sandwich and took a risk anyway. Now I will be avoiding them at all costs. read more

This Arby's is located in a strip mall near Home Depot / Pathmark along US-13. It's pretty much standard Arby's fast food. I've been here a few times and never had a problem with service or cleanliness. read more

We stop around 8:45 and we see that people were getting out of their cars while in the drive through lane. Then we heard a lady yelling "THAT'S HOW YOU GOING TO TREAT MY FRIES!!!!" Then the people in front of us also get out of the car and go in angrily. Then when we reach the window we see why the two other people left their cars. First of all, when they get to us we asked if they could review our order. So they give us the wrong receipt twice after and when they actually have our receipt the order is half way filled out on the paper, so they ask us again, but we left. In conclusion all I have to say is that Arby's claims to "have the meats", but today they "have the nothing!" read more

So my son and I go to Arby's after work. We sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes. We hear the speaker pop on, I figure give them a minute, they see us. They then proceed to turn off all the lights on the menu and their outside lights. I get it, it was 10pm, but hours are not posted at the drive thru. Very unprofessional! We drove past the window and the girl cleaning the machine was watching us from the corner of her eye. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the employees working tonight. The least they could have done was tell us we are sorry we are closing, instead of shutting it down while we were sitting there. Will never patronize that location again.... I love this Arby's. My daughter and I just stopped on the way home, ordered 3 classic roast beef meals. After waiting in the drive thru a bit (not an enormous deal, everyone sort of knows Arby's takes a little longer and it's definitely worth it), but the line of cars was starting to pile up behind me. The woman working the drive thru told me she was waiting on one more fry but she would give me what they had and then bring my food out to my car. No big deal, I parked. Maybe a minute later she comes out to bring me another bag and I notice it feels heavier than I'd expect but I kind of toss it onto my passenger seat without thinking much of it. I finally pull into my sister's and gather up the bags and realize they'd given us a ton of extra fries. I wish I'd have looked before I left because it was such a nice gesture but I was desperate to get away from Hare's Corner before rush hour hit. Great customer service!! read more

After seeing a dozen commercials for the new smoked beef brisket sandwich, thought I would give it a try. Got the combo with curly fries. Not sure what made me sick for 24 hours, but both of them tasted awful. I've been there quite a few times, and the curly fries are usually great. Won't be returning. read more
