I love the food and generally it's usually pretty good if you come ONLY DURING THE DAY. God forbid you show up passed 5pm. The night crew are usually very rude teenagers who will sit there on their phones and talk to each other instead of helping you and the management close the store early despite saying open till 10. I came in one night like 9:20 door was locked and the teenagers behind the counter smiled and waved at me while I tried to come in knowing full well I was locked out. They taunted me and laughed and I was the ass of their little joke. Honestly I've never seen disrespect like this in the service industry. Management at this location clearly needs to be evaluated under stronger scrutiny and the teenage staff need either training reprimand or to be terminated. I wish I could rate this higher because I've lived here a long time and I'm very much a repeat customer who adores this store over other local options, but the disrespectful staff is inexcusable.
