Roasted or boiled both are so delicious. I love them both.

Love this store. They have many cuts & selections. But this time I only get the brats & walleyes because it is still COVID19 & there's about 8 customers in there not wearing any mask or glove & they're too close to me. I got scare & ran to the frozen freezers got my walleyes & a package of brats & ran out of there as soon as I can. Lol. I will be back when less crowded & will get their fresh items. I roasted & boiled the brats I got & omg they're well seasoned & delicious. I love them. My bro fried the walleyes with lemon grass & garlic & they're so delicious. Everyone in here are so nice. I will be back.

    Don't pass this place up.

I love this butcher shop! I don't understand why anyone would buy meat from a grocery store when you can come here and get a awesome cut of meat for less. They have just about every cut of meat you can think of and then some. I buy most of my red meat and pork from here. They have a little area for dry groceries and some frozen foods as well. The staff is always friendly and very efficient. I have never had any issues here. One item I always have to pick up when I come here is the beef sticks, always a good choice or the beef jerky. The smell in the store is this amazing, it's from the smoker. I have not had anything from the deli side but will have to try it out. They have a great selection of deli meats and cheese. You can order sandwiches or deli platters.

Very good service and good quality meats. Mandan is lucky to have such a meat market.

Great selection, and the lunch sandwiches are a bargain - tons of meat for $3.50! The homemade soups are delicious too.

Best bakery in Bismarck hands down. Everything is made fresh from scratch, if you crave and miss…read moretropical flavors, look no further. They have everything from simple Bavarian cream to guava and mango flavor! It's hard to choose but my favorite is the mango donut, a simple glazed donuts full of fresh mango filling, it's heaven! We met one of the employees of the bakery and he told us how they make sure to have quality ingredients and make sure nothing is old and stale. They also make Cuban and Puerto Rican sandwiches if you want something savory, he said to call him ahead of time so that we can have something fresh right when we eat. So thankful to have a diverse local business!

I couldn't believe it when I heard that Bismarck had an actual Puerto Rican bakery and had to see…read morefor myself! So, on my friend's birthday, a group of us went to check it out. From the moment we wandered in, the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did he explain what every dessert in the case was and how it was made, he let us try their fresh baked breads and described their sandwiches and the grocery area of the store as well! It was a personal tour and we were so grateful! One of my friends has family in Mexico/travels there frequently and was delighted to find some of her favorite soda as well as desserts (albeit with different names) here. And she left well stocked! Of course I had to ask if they had a vegetarian sandwich (as he was describing how they make their sandwich meat) and he paused a beat and then exclaimed, "That's not latin!" Oh it was so funny, we all had a great laugh! He went on to say he'd be happy to put some veggies on a sandwich for me if I wanted. We did ask how he came to North Dakota and he explained it was because of the hurricane in Puerto Rico awhile back. We told him how happy we were he chose Bismarck of all places. It can't be easy! We all left loaded down with bakery boxes and items from the grocery portion of the store. And were all delighted at how amazing their prices were! Seriously - this place has great prices. I got tres leches, a giant slab of the most amazing vanilla cake, a cup of what tasted like horchata that was a cross between pudding/jello in texture, and a cork screw shaped pastry filled with bavarian cream that I've seen reviewers call a cannoli but he was specific in the fact that it was absolutely not a cannoli. (I believe he called it a quesito but I could be wrong.) The owner also stressed that the desserts in the case change in variety daily so what may be there one day won't be there the next. All in all - this business is fantastic in every way (right down to the fact that the room was absolutely spotless and sparkling clean) and we will be back next time we are in Bismarck! Please turn out and support this wonderful new business!

Well this place combines barber days with the stereotypical…read moreGreek/Italian work ethic (and way worse than bankers hours) as they are open from Tuesday - Friday, 11 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10:30 to 5. Unfortunately I am standing here at 1 pm on a Monday and I drove across town specifically to go to this establishment (looking for spices to be precise) and it is closed. It really amazes me that businesses aren't open when people are out shopping. Ok, celebrate the Sabbath, but What about Monday and the hours before 11 or after 6? As I stand here writing this, two other people walked up and then left. Perhaps this is what is the most aggravating part. If you know downtown Bismarck at all, you know parking can really suck, yet the owner posted an 8 1/2 x 11 sign on the door, so one has to walk up to read it, meaning parking someplace like one one of the ramps that cost money. I don't know if they even validate, but I guess I will never know now. And to think I told my daughter just last week that I no longer needed to buy my olive oil in Nashville or order spices online. Just sad.

Don't mind the haters (the Michaels of the world who don't know Italians and Greeks but through hater-idiots' ideas about the greatest business people in the world.) Press on and stay real!! Maybe some day he'll realize it's people like him who make stores like you have to have special hours. Oh, and anyone who thinks parking is a problem has never travelled. By the the way, pinch n pour sits under one of the largest sparking ramps in the city. Awesome access.
