Good of course was extremely fresh with lots of healthy options, even for the non raw folks like me. Staff was helpful in helping me make a custom bowl and it was delicious. I love sea food so the crab really was appreciated along with the spicy chicken ( not spicy). With all the fast food hamburgers around this was a great change.

At first I thought it seemed too expensive, but the portions were in line with the cost and quality of food. We both really enjoyed our food and plan to return. Lot and lots of different combinations to try! We will be back.

You have heard of bankers hours? Well this place combines barber days with the stereotypical…read moreGreek/Italian work ethic (and way worse than bankers hours) as they are open from Tuesday - Friday, 11 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10:30 to 5. Unfortunately I am standing here at 1 pm on a Monday and I drove across town specifically to go to this establishment (looking for spices to be precise) and it is closed. It really amazes me that businesses aren't open when people are out shopping. Ok, celebrate the Sabbath, but What about Monday and the hours before 11 or after 6? As I stand here writing this, two other people walked up and then left. Perhaps this is what is the most aggravating part. If you know downtown Bismarck at all, you know parking can really suck, yet the owner posted an 8 1/2 x 11 sign on the door, so one has to walk up to read it, meaning parking someplace like one one of the ramps that cost money. I don't know if they even validate, but I guess I will never know now. And to think I told my daughter just last week that I no longer needed to buy my olive oil in Nashville or order spices online. Just sad.

The selection of oils and vinegars was ample, and you'll notice that nothing is there that doesn't have to be. They've already done the work for you by paring their selection down to the highest impact items. As their business expands, it'll be exciting to see. It's definitely a new concept for Bismarck, but something Bismarck needed. I'm excited to see the addition of cheeses, charcuterie, and chocolate. What I love the most about businesses and business owners like this, is that I, as a member of the community, get to share their passion with them as they expand and evolve and put the stamp of their enterprise on the community. Cheers!
