Walking in, I was promptly greeted with a smile on the persons face. They are under new ownership and you could tell everybody really cared. I gave them my dear for processing which I had already deboned so it was just the venison itself at which point they brought me the slip showing what they could do with it. They were able to help walk me through things as to what I might like and not like, and they took my order and thanked me which means a lot in today's society Under the old ownership, I had to wait months for it to be done under the new ownership. I had to wait only one week.! They definitely know what they are doing and care about the customer when I went to pick up my order that a smile on their face again and they thanked me once again and carried out my order to the van, which was very nice. They have a great selection of product in front from what I saw and would strongly recommend them for anyone's processing or buying needs. I took my deer into West Dakota in November. I didn't get it back until June. The sausage was awful. I will be throwing it all in the garbage. $300 down the drain. I won't be back. read more

Always have had friendly and courteous service every time I've brought a deer, turkey, pheasant etc here. It may take longer than some places, but the quality is far and away the best. They'll always give you a number and an estimate of when you can expect your meat back, and if you have any questions they're happy to answer them. Highly recommend using these guys for wild game processing. read more

Took Deer in Nov 11th for a cut, grind and wrap only no sausage, checked back a few weeks later and they had not started on it, they said it would be a few weeks. Checked back Jan 2nd and was told they would not be getting to it until later in Jan, they said they needed to hire and train 6 people. mentioned to them that he always got it back in a few weeks in the past, they said it would be a few more weeks, I said ok and left by the time I got home my phone rang and was told to come and get it that they did not want to do it. it had already been skinned and quartered and frozen in a box. They should have been up front about this from the start. read more
