This place was just so/so. Kind of dingy and dirty feeling inside, and the employees weren't very…read morefriendly. The selection was average, nothing exceptional. They were out of chicken breasts when I went, which was annoying. They only had the super expensive organic chicken left. Totally disappointing. Also, one the woman that checked me out was grumbling about the customer that had checked out before me, which I thought was unprofessional. I'll have to come back and reevaluate if I make it back to this place. The prices didn't seem to be that great either, but it seems food in ND is more expensive in general.

I was at this store today as I was scanning a case of Diet coke it broke open and spilled all over…read more1 or 2 cans burst spraying diet coke all over me and elsewhere. Joann was working self check out and came to my aid immediately. After she cleaned up the mess she sent another employee to get another case. I waited for awhile and even Joann commented it was taking awhile. Finally the phone and she was told there was no cases left and they were going to check somewhere else. At this point I said I could take 2 twelve packs in place of the case. She stated well they cost more so she can't do that. It was finally decided there were no cases in the store. I felt under the circumstances she should have replaced it with 2 twelve packs. She would not. So I said after all this time now I have to go to customer service to get a refund and I have to go to another store all sticky and wet with pop. Joann went to customer service and got the refund herself and it didn't take long. That's not the point ! There is no such thing as good customer service anymore its ridiculous that this store could not replace with 2 twelve packs. 1 of the cans hit my shin bone and is bruising as I type. I realize this was not my or the stores fault but it should have been about customer service. This will also be made public on my FB page for many to see Cashwise customer service and how ridiculous it is.
