For…read morea sunday afternoon, the line stretched from the shop across the Cell core store entrance, and down to the entrance of Francescas. That alone tells you how long the Bismarck-Mandan are has been waiting for a shop like this. With the option of boba milk tea or smoothie, and adding a flavor of your choice (Taro, Mango, Strawberry, Matcha, Chocolate, Honeydew, Vanilla, Almond, Lavender, Coffee, or Red Bean) and finally choosing a topping of your choice. 3 steps to creating your own Flavorlicious drink. Drinks aren't the only think that Mama Bear has to offer, but a variety of snacks and treats. Doughnuts, cheesecakes, Macarons, various flavors of ice creams, and their apparent specialty....the Bubble waffle. You have the option of ordering your drink/food, and jumping back into your Mall adventures, or sitting down in the quiet seating area to enjoy what you have been missing for a long time. The vibes are very hip, quaint and quiet...and seemingly attractive to the younger crowd (with their [older] parents in tow). We ordered a Strawberry fruit smoothie, Strawberry boba tea with mango pearls atop, and a Taro Boba tea. This is what we have been waiting for...or at least I have. The last decent place (outside of Seattle) to serve up some Boba teas were T &Crepe of Fargo, ND. If you're in the are...and dislike the chaotic mall-life, i am sorry, because you must tolerate the monstrous chaos of the Kirkwood mall in order to reach that boba-life. Here's to Bismarck in her arrival into the new era of food eateries and shops, by way of Kirkwood Mall....Cheers -Chef Brandon Lee

Fireflour is the hands down the best pizza place in North Dakota, and one of the best pizza places…read morein America (and I've eaten pizza in California, new York, and Chicago)! I can't get enough of the Daisy pizza (Margherita pizza). I've been eating here almost every other day since December , a habit I plan to continue for the foreseeable future! The staff are kind and friendly ! And the service is very efficient!

We were greeted right away as there was no one else in the restaurant. Its an open floor plan with two rooms. Im guessing its quite lively in the evenings. We shared the chopped salad and the Daisy pizza. The salad was good, though not a traditional chopped salad--it used that trendy wild greens mix that so many restaurants are leaning on these days. Personally, I'm not a huge fan, but the menu did specify it, so that one's on me for not paying closer attention. The pizza, however, was absolutely terrific. The crust was soft and chewy with just the right amount of char from the stone oven. The combination of the sauce, cheese, and fresh basil was spot on. They also drizzle a flavored oil over the top--we couldn't quite pinpoint what it was, but it added an extra layer of flavor that really elevated the pizza. We devoured the whole thing--three slices each! At around $20, the pizza might feel a bit pricey, but it's clear that everything is fresh and made from scratch, so it's well worth it. Service was attentive, though we were the only ones there at lunchtime. I imagine this place really comes alive in the evening. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu--and next time, I'm not sharing my pizza.
