An interesting evening at Cashwise foods.
Yes, I got there a little later than planned, about 11 pm. My bad. That said I am moving it trying to get my things. I asked a gentleman were I might find an item he was helpful. They announced the store was closing in 10 minutes....ok, I have 3 isles to go. I got this..."cash wise shoppers please bring your items to the check out the store is closed". Damn, last isle.... ok, 11 steaks 6 to $7 dollars each. Got milk check.... "sir you will have to go the store is closed". Yep... I almost got this, 4 items to go. "Sir, the store is closed you have to go". Well.... I pushed the cart with over $100 worth of stuff in it along with the hour of searching to the guy figuring to my self if your going to be that pushy...push this cart around and put all this stuff back, and I informed him I was fine with it." I'll just go to Walmart in the mornin". Now, I'm not one of those people who cram "the customer is always right "down an employee of a businesses throat. Never have never will. I am however the type who if I'm nothing, I'm at least flexable. A triat most employers appreciate along with the ability to take initiative. Now if the gentleman with the ponytail had either of those capabilities he could have, A...ask how many items I still needed found out it was 4 and let me finish and or, ( I know this is way beyond his initiative capabilities) maybe helped me find those last four things. B.... just shut up and allow me to finish. Instead he seemed to think he was working in a bar trying to get a drunk out before the law enforcement came in and wrote them up. So, I'm curious, would another 10 minutes to let me finish be the best idea for Cashwise, for a satisfied customer with a butt load of steaks, and for him to not make a fool out of himself and be appreciated by the 2 parties mentioned before him and not cost him another 20 minutes of his time putting the stuff back in the coolers where it belonged? Now I can't predict the future but.... from what I learned in from my expiance with him I would almost guess this guy did not put everything away. I would guess instead he probably threw the steaks back into the display and then rolled the cart with the rest of the stuff, into a cooler for the next shift to deal with. That, Cashwise was your Thursday nite shift dude. Good place for someone with his customer skills. During the least busy hours of the day. When or if he works there another day I couldnt careless. What I do know is I won't be spending another dime at Cashwise....well because I don't have to. To the bouncer guy, wedge it long and deep I truly hope you get the posterior chewing you have coming for you lack of skill handling situations, to whom it may concern at your business I PROMISE I will never do that again. Maybe I'll see you in the morning at Walmart where at least they train their people how to properly handle situations. Y'all have a great holiday weekend. I will with my bigger, better, cheaper, freshly cut steaks, from Sam's club. Fyi. The 1 star us only because I couldn't post this without rating atleast 1 star. read more
