I was told by a friend that lives in Bismarck to visit Trusted Tire & Auto 5216 OTTAWA STREET, Bismarck, ND. Jaeger was my tech I worked with. OUTSTANDING Representative. They took the tire off and he gave me the bad news. There was slim long nail in the side/top of the tire and they would not guarantee that a patch would work. I told him I bought a brand new tire / rim several years ago and I had it in the back of my truck. They pulled the tire off of that rim and put it on the existing matching rims on my truck. Now the kicker the rim I purchased was only a 5 hole rim vs. the 6 hole rims on my truck. I never paid that much attention to the tire and rim thinking the tech knew what they were doing. Wrong. So I now have a 20 inch rim that does not fit my truck. I told Jaeger Merry Christmas he could have it. I still have the original spare on my truck underneath. It is always great to work with people that are honest and get the job done!!!! More importantly I am going to 18 inch tires from 20 inch tires. I asked them to give to me a price quote on the tires I wanted. Back in my home town the tire dealership I am working with would price match any other dealers. Trusted Tire & Auto quoted a price of $1400 vs. the $2200 back home. Huge difference. If my home town dealer does not match this price I will be driving back to Bismarck for the business. I'm located on the east coast, more than 1500 miles away, and needed to have this done in time for me to fly out to pick it up. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.

Got it back,drove halfway home and the power steering quit working. Took it back to them and they said they forgot to tell me to bleed the system. Bleeding the system is part of the process. Clowns. 6 months and 4500 miles later I take my truck in to find out my NEW rack and pinion is shot. Likely due to negligence at the time of installation. Called good ol Northland and Derek said he would warranty the part but not the labor. Asked why not and was told he wouldn't honor the labor cause I gave him a bad review 6 months earlier.
