The service here is horrible absolutely horrible. Full of arrogant men who work there. There is only about 2-3 people who are nice at this establishment. I don't know if this guy is a manager there , but he's way too bossy to the employees and customers. Telling me what a do and do not do when I go to subway because that's now how things are ran when he's there.... Mind you I used to work at subway for several years and have a pretty good idea of how it's ran. It also really sucks all the subways in my area don't accept the coupons you get in the mail anymore... that was there only selling point. read more

Almost vomited - I was sick for two days after eating almost 1/2 a 6 inch - I thought it would be fresh .. it wasn't. I still like subway sandwiches - just well maybe .. yes for sure .. not at this one. read more

Worst customer service experience around. Workers are unfriendly. Would not make my sandwich the way I was asking him to an employee named Josh. He was fighting me about how I wanted my sandwich made telling me I couldn't add the sauce last. He continued to fight with me after I asked him to please stop and just ring up my order so I could leave this uncomfortable situation. read more

I ordered a BLT. Ordered extra bacon and did not receive it. The worker did not nuke the bacon when this normally occurs. Worker did not put on tomato when a BLT was specifically ordered. Bread was hard and did not appear fresh. Tried to contact Subway direct. None of their customer service web sites work. The web site listed on the receipt does not work. The food was a typical Subway sandwich nothing special. The service was the worst I've ever experienced in my life. The guy making my sandwich was upset that I asked for things to put on it like pickles, lettuce, tomatoes. I didn't realize that adding toppings to a Subway sandwich was such an inconvenience. When another customer walked up behind me he dropped the F bomb in front of my nine-year-old child. Sandwiches are OK but make sure your children have ear muffs if you go to this subway. read more

This Subway is a typical Subway. The place is overall clean and never super busy. I don't utilize it very often, but the service is decent. Overall though, I have to say the "Subway smell" will definitely stay on you, they don't have great airflow. So if you want people to know where you ate today, then you should eat here. Typically I have good luck going to this location for a quick lunch. That was not the case today due to the attitude and comments of a newer employee at the veggie station. It came to my turn to select what veggies I wanted on my sub and I took a couple seconds to look and see which ones I wanted. The employee stared at me and quite rudely stated, "You don't have to pause like that." I was so taken aback by her rude comment, especially considering I literally had only paused for 2 seconds. I went on to pick my veggies, and she would sigh with an annoyed look on her face. She clearly does not value her job and lacks people skills. The other long time employee working today is always phenomenal though. read more

I don't usually write reviews but what happened today was ridiculous ! I used the online order feature for the first time because I wanted a chopped salad and I know those take some time. I got there when they said it would be ready and guess what ? It wasn't ready ! In fact they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about ! What good does it do to order in advance if you end up waiting anyway ? There were only two people working the noon rush and the line was out to the door ! Since they had sandwiches half made for the people in line, I had to wait until they were done with those orders. At that point some people in line left rather than wait. Then the guy making my salad was in such a hurry the ingredients were flying everywhere and the finished product was subpar at best. It's supposed to be "chopped". It wasn't. There were hardly any veggies in the salad and he forgot to put the dressing on ! Seriously ? Had I not paid in advance I would have just told them not to bother. Then as the second kid was profusely apologizing for the wait, some lady comes sauntering out of the back room looking totally bored with not a care in the world. Went through here the other day as me and my girlfriend were shopping. No one was at the counter so I waited about a minute then rang the bell to let them know we were there. I then hear "mother f**king s**t" from the back from our hero jacey. He comes up and proceeds to shake his head and swear repeatedly while making our food, I get it man not a good day, I'd try and be a little more professional about it but you do you. As my girlfriend begins to order a sandwich with no meat as she is vegetarian we're greeted with "no f**king meat you gotta be kidding me" pleasant :). He then becomes the slightest bit irritated as I ask for my sandwich to be heated, a horribly tedious task I can imagine and some more swear words are said by this fine gentleman. After this goes on for far too long he wraps the sandwiches and throws his gloves in the can like they stole his favorite toy, and he rings us up. I pull out my card ready to pay he hits some buttons and walks to help the next customer, but the payment screen didn't pop up so I wait. This irritates him as he doesn't understand that he didn't hit pay with card on his end. I pay, we leave and I enjoy a tasty sandwich drenched in ten pounds of sauce when just a little was requested but that part isn't bad, as ya boi likes mayo.
