A nice gal named Hope announced her name as "welcome to rally's this is Hope would you like to try a combo?" When I said I just wanted a burger she asked if I would like fries with that. YES I WANTED FRIES that's the main reason I was out trying this fast food chain. ( was checking up sales by only ordering a burger) I was greeted with a smile at the window by a girl named faith. She said "look ...see I have put in your napkins and double checked your order for you" . The fries were well seasoned and crispy not greasy. The burger was excellent. I'm so going back next time I'm in the area. Until then if you want your order done correctly ask for Faith or Hope to make it. Isn't it cool that even in fast food we still have Faith and Hope. Then finally what seemed to be a manager(pink shirt) emerged and I was hoping she'd make her crew do their job-but NO she was just there to socialize with the same dude everyone else was for a minute then disappeared. An employee who had been outside walked in with disposable gloves on, and headed toward the kitchen and at that point I just dissociated, content on knowing I was finally leaving. The food was ok minus the burger buns, which were stale and started to fall apart the moment we picked them up. As we were leaving, a few people were at the register and I felt so sorry for them. It's Mother's day and I hope the ladies weren't being "treated" to this place. I have worked in food service and food service management for over 20 years from fast food to fine dining and if that was my crew I'd be cracking some heads together, figuratively speaking. What a shame. Culvers is supposedly known for their higher standards and customer satisfaction but this one completely missed the mark today.
