I don't normally review fast food spots, but I felt compelled this time. This location consistently gives out great quality food. I have never had a wrong order yet. Service is always nice. I've never had a rude person, but then again, I'm also polite. It costs nothing to be nice. It's not the fastest, but it's always fresh. I'm a very happy returning customer. I've never gone inside, so I can't speak to the ambiance. I just go through the drive thru and leave. But there is plenty of parking and it's easy to find. As far as Arby's go (and other place on this same street), definitely a gem coming here. Get the poppers. Worth it. read more

I pulled up to the drive through. I was the 2nd car in line. There was a lady in Prius a the speaker with several kids in the back seat. She had her window up and she was letting the kids in the back order all the food. They seemingly were ordering everything they could think of. Then one of them wanted a cheeseburger. The lady at Arby's explained they only had a hamburger. So then they started ordering chicken nuggets. Then milkshakes. By this time the line behind me had grown to 4 more cars. Finnally after about 5minutes, I was able to pull up and place my order. Well then I pulled around and once again found myself helplessly in line at the pickup window waiting for the lady with the car full of kids. I finally shut my car off. Then after 5 more minutes, I started my car back up and drove around the lady, parked the car and went inside. The line inside was 4 people waiting to place their order. Thinking since I already placed my order at the drive through, I went around where you pick up your order. The kid taking oreres finished with the guy in line, and then ask me if he could help me. I explained I had placed my order at the drive through, and I had been waiting on the the lady in front of me for over 5 minutes. He got very rude and just said "look we are very busy, you are just going to have to wait" I said, I understand you are busy, but I have already waited for the lady holding up the whole line for over 5 minutes and they have lost at least 3-4 customers. Well again with the rude very busy answerer. Then this lady appeared with attitude. I ask to speak to the manager. She said she as the manager. I put my coupon and money down on the counter and explained the situation to her. She then got angry, said I was being dis-respectful by "throwing my money at her and she was not going to wait on me until I showed her some respect. So as soon as I picked up my money and coupon off the counter, she took my order again, which about 3 minutes later another guy handed it to me, and I left. Before I left, I ask the manager lady if I could have a drink holder for my car. She never answered, but just got the holder set it down on the counter and went back to the cash register This all could have been ovoided if they would have just ask the lady with the kids to pull forward and someone would bring the order out when it was ready, like all the fast food places. read more

If you enjoy anything on this menu, do not speak to me in public. I ordered a chicken wrap because it was the least revolting option on the menu and it felt like I was chewing through a tire. The wrap was like a sock and it's contents tasted uninspired and dry. Felt like a targeted hate crime. Even the hi-c fruit punch was messed up. It was so sweet I might as well have ordered Kool-aid. The girl bagging actually bagged with her phone in her hand while putting our food in bag with other hand ungloved . The guy who went by was on his phone too. Memorial boulevard continues to surprise me with fast food joints that are actually good. Arby's tends to be at the low end of the fast food totem pole, yet this particular location is one of the better ones I've been to. There's rarely a long line - either in the drive thru or at the counter inside. I usually got the parking spot right in front, too. The cashiers are quite pleasant. Especially the dude working tonight. Plenty of sirs and thank you'd and he even brought the food to my table instead is just calling my name. Then again there was no one else in the restaurant except for a table of some really old senior citizens. In fact, seems like most times I come here - which is always around 6pm - it's pretty empty in there. Not sure if that indicative of something else but I'd rather eat where it's NOT packed. Food has always been hot and fresh, too. Usually I get a roast beef combo and a buffalo chicken slider but tonight I got the other way around: buffalo chicken sandwich and a roast beef slider. It was all good. Chicken had a nice amount of spice for a fast food sammich. Fries were straight out of the oil so they were a bit too hot. Arby's fries are great when they're a little old so they soften up. Cleanliness here is about average. Never strikes me as filthy but it never looks immaculate either. I've never been in the restroom. Anyway, if you're gonna get fast food on memorial boulevard, Arby's is a good choice. read more

I have NEVER eaten at Arby's in my life. However, a new one was built nearby and I saw an ad for the "limited time only" cheese steak. I went inside to see the interior of the business. 2 customers in front of me were looking in the back for a cashier to take their order. The drive thru had 6 cars in it. After about two minutes, a cashier, Tonya, took their order. I was next and explained that I was a "first timer" and wanted to try the cheese steak. I ordered the spicy one and asked what they put on it to make it spicy. I was told a BBQ sauce. $5.99 plus tax for sandwich only! The couple after me had coupons and were trying to decide what they wanted. After they had each decided what they wanted that was available on the coupon sheet they tried to order a sandwich with cheddar cheese. Nope, Tonya said that they were out of cheddar. Next, they decided on a plan B selection. They tried to order another sandwich, I couldn't hear which, but I heard Tonya say to them that they were out of that sauce either! I took my sandwich home, opened it up and inspected it to see if Arby's really "had the meat?! My sandwich was adequately mixed with onions and peppers and a "decent" amount of meat. However, the added BBQ sauce was heavily applied to the sandwich at the fold and it was overpowering, not spicy. It should be called the BBQ cheese steak! Soggy bun and over-sauced. I won't be back and as previous reviews have noted, evidently running low on cheese and additives is not uncommon at this chain. Waste of $5.99! Every time we try the Arby's on Memorial Blvd we are disappointed, the food is OK but the service is the worst! Today decided to try again, had a coupon, so when we got there at 11:00 (they open at 10:00) the door was locked, the lady, (said her name was Jeanette) inside yelled to go through the Drive thru, took our order, tried to charge us $21.00 for a $7.15 order. I usually come to Arby's about once a month. It's close to my job and usually yummy and hot. Today was rather unfortunate I ordered two gyros and potato cakes. I received a beef and cheddar sandwich and my potato cakes were soggy and cold. Unfortunately my lunch break is only 30 minutes and I had already spent 10 minutes in line in the drive through and 10 minutes waiting for my food after I ordered. I called the restaurant to let them know and they asked me to come back with the food after I got off work to speak to the manager. So my lunch was ruined, I paid and got nothing I wanted to eat, and they also gave me the extra errand of saving this food in my car for 6 hours since I don't have anywhere to put it at work. I have never had such terrible customer service and am sad to see Arby's fall so low in quality control and basic human decency. read more

Awful management! My husband ordered a meal and when he pulled up the manager asked for MORE money than the total price. When my husband corrected her she gave him an extremely disrespectful look and lied saying she did not make a mistake, then quietly changed the total back without saying so much as an apology for her mistake. The quantity of items being added to fast food chains seems to becoming a problem to the accuracy of orders. Went through the drive thru which wasn't busy, ordered 3 items and two had problems. The French dip sandwich came without the au jus which is what makes it a French dip and the potato cakes were still half frozen. No excuses when there is no else in line. My fiancé and I went through drive thru one afternoon to order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 5 chicken sliders . Once we arrived at the drive thru however the lady told me that we messed up everything because I had a coupon ?? She then told us to pull up and we will get our food . 23 minutes passes by and both my fiancé and I were furious . An employee then came outside and asked what we ordered ?! Arbys at this location has improved so much in the last 9 months or year. I don't know if it is new management that is selecting and training better employees and or a better ordering system so they always have fresh supplies on hand. Whatever it is, the employees at the drive thru window are always so friendly to me. Pricing is great especially if you have a coupon but even if you don't, it's a healthier meal than other fast food places (just getting the roast beef sandwich.) They are handling cars thru the drive thru faster and the food preparation is faster as well. I don't go inside the restaurant so I can't comment on that. The parking lot is clean, no trash or litter. No people loitering. I have always gotten hot fresh sandwiches, correct change, smiling employees greeting me at the drive thru. read more

Not worth one star!! They can't get any orders right, (been there on more than one occasion.) They will over charge you if you aren't careful! (if you can understand the fools in the drive thru.)
