What yoi have here is a crew who does not care about what goes over their counters or through their drive thru window.. the sandwiches look nothing like pn the menu. And they are also much smaller than pictured in their ads and on their menu boards..Sick and tired of poor service and of being ripped off. Shrinkflation is just not fair. You can keep it. read more

went in today around 5:15pm had one other person in line in front of myself on the inside and had one car go through the drive through. Cashier at the counter took my order and once I went to the other side to pick up my food it took an additional 30 minutes to get my food and drink, the individual in front of myself got their food relatively slow as well as we were able to have a full blown conversation in between the time they ordered and got their food. Food was ok. We specifically ordered a fish sandwich and was given a chicken. So had to wait and everything was cold by the time we got the right sandwich. Mint milkshake tasted stale. The worst was the service-the lady who took our order and money was rude and the one who brought out our food also rude. Rolled eyes, demanding. Just rude. read more

We went in the lobby and it was close to closing and we were going to take it to go but when we walked in after getting my 3 month old out of the car to order the manager said "mm sorry the lobby is closed and we just haven't locked the door yet" the team member then proceeded to lock the door after we had left. They had already pulled the drawer and as a previous team member i know that they aren't supposed to pull any drawer until the lobby is locked and secure. I don't understand why it's drive through only unless you just don't want people seeing the cleanliness of your dining area and kitchen. Covid is no excuse because if you really cared you wouldn't carelessly toss the fries in a grocery bag mixed with the sauce packets who knows how many times they've been handled. We placed a $64.00 order in the drive through and got the vibe it was an inconvenience since we didn't per order online. I don't care if I pull ahead and wait 5 minutes for fries and you shouldn't either cause you're not busy and it's also your job. I also don't know why all the fries are cold and stale if that's what I was waiting for. ?? And you forgot the gyro. You can be less busy now cause I won't be back. Ok got over 20 dollars in food there today. Got home to find my wife's chicken bacon Swiss had no Swiss. My chicken bacon Swiss with mayo and no tomato turned into a fish sandwich with tomato and pickles. Hate all three of those. Fries were hard not cooked all the way. Only good thing was the mozzarella sticks. Worst experience ever from this restaurant! Won't get my money anymore. read more

Found hair in the food, the customer service at the window and while ordering were great and we've had many other visits when the customer service wasn't that great so it was pleasant to have someone speak to us like a person.
