This place has become our go to place while on the Keto Diet! We order with no bun and this place delivers! The bowls they come in can be reused. The sandwiches are exactly as we ordered. Usually the other places will ship it out wrong or in pieces that we have to assemble ourselves. We are greeted with a genuine hello and not a quick hello that screams, "I only said that because the boss makes me." The dining room is top notch! Clean and orderly all the way around. Even the bathrooms we're nicely kept (If you ever wish to see what the kitchen looks like peek at the restroom) and stocked with no initial evidence of aged pipes and cracked tiles. Eat here if you're a Keto fan! Eat here if you want to leave happy! Don't forget to ring the bell! read more

Not a bad stop but it is just your typical Arby's. The food was well cooked and got it to me quickly. read more

Arby's - Drive Thru Menu - Fast Food Near Me - Jackson, Michigan

Today I am 2 weeks out from surgery and when I walked into the restaurant I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get anything to eat. However the wonderful staff here helped me out by making a lettuce wrapped sandwich for me. They went above and beyond anything I could have asked making me feel confident that I can still come here to eat with my family! The lady at the front counter is amazing and has such a warm comfort for the company. read more

Kind of expensive but you get what you pay for, look for the deals like buy one get one. Yummy everything and always friendly staff. Its a pleasure to ring the bell for them read more

I placed two online orders. I went to pick them up, but no one was at the counter. After about 3 min one person walks by without acknowledging me. After another min two more people walk by. I loudly asked "3 people just walked right by me, what is the problem?" As the 3 people hid a 4th guy comes out, and I said "3 people just walked right by me" he said, "ok." read more

The last 3 times I have gone through the drive thru at the West Ave location, they have messed up my orders, tonight even forgetting almost half the order. When I tried to call to complain, I called 8 times and NO ONE would answer the phone. Come on, this isn't rocket science. It shouldn't be this hard to read the order and give me what I paid for! read more

It's an Arby's. But the drive thru is P A I N F U L. The menu is placed AFTER the speaker so you can't look at it until your right at the speaker. Service was also suuuuuupppeeeerrrrr slow. This location needs some tlc and revamping. read more

Love going here for our monthly treat meal, staff is always wonderful even when they're stressed by rushes. Today Jude in drive through was amazing and super funny. Made our day 1000x better! read more

Waited 20 minuets for 2 vanilla shakes that they screwed up. The staff moved slower than I've ever seen. I downloaded Yelp just to give this place 1 star. read more

Never. Again. I'll take the extra mileage and go to the Arby's on Michigan ave from now on. The last three out of three times (with several days/weeks in between each visit) have all been a disappointment! The first two times, we paid for uncut, sloppily made, soggy and dripping sandwiches. Even the boxes were falling apart from the sogginess! Tonight, the wait was long, for no real good reason. The sandwich we ordered was not what we got. We did not get a receipt nor were offered one. We didn't get any of the extra sauce we requested. And they even mismarked the box it came in. What a mess! Seems they're never gonna recover from the infamous finger incident from a few years ago. Well, we've decided not to waste our time or money there any more. We will go to Michigan Ave on the east side, from now on. read more

When we arrived, restaurant lights were on but all parking lot and exterior lights were off including where you place your order. They restaurant was open but they appeared they were not for some reason. When we did get up to the place to order, employee taking order was very rude and kept interrupting us when we were placing the order. Finally got the order placed and pulled up to window with a coupon and the lady was quite rude and seemed annoyed that we had a coupon and said we need to tell her while ordering next time, as if we should have already known that. Then we were finally ready to pay using Apple Pay as we have used it at many Arby's and she proceeded to say they don't take Apple Pay. I tried to ask if it's just that location for some reason and explained that I've used it at every other Arby's and she said they don't take it. I couldn't tell if she just didn't know how to accept Apple Pay or if that location actually did not take it (which would seem like a company wide policy.) either way. I didn't have my wallet with me to pay so had to cancel the order and leave. If you don't take contactless payments WHY NOT?! Get either the rest of the decade and update your systems. read more

We eat here about once a week. My husband always eat the reuben minus sauerkraut and I choose the turkey and bacon sandwich minus the ranch dressing and adding mayonnaise. Neither one of us can drink pop...I have an ulcer and my husband has diabetic gastroparesis so we always order water. That is exactly what I did order. Rachel (the name on our receipt) asked me if I wanted pop and I said no....we both want water. I paid for the food and she set a large cup up for me and I took it...kind of confused...and walked away. I checked my receipt and it read...Large drink. I told the girl that I had ordered water....my husband heard me say it...she looked me right in the eye and said, "You ordered pop." I disagreed with her and said, "No, I always order water." She then repeated, "No, you ordered pop." She actually argued with me...I then asked for the manager and by this time I was so angry that I just wanted all my money back so we could eat at a better place than this one. She told the manager that I had ordered pop and now was changing my order. Now, she was lying. I looked her straight in the eyes and said, "I don't like you." Of course, she told me the same thing. This particular Arby's has lost a pair of good customers all because of one worker. We will never return here....oh, by the way, we always rang the bell when we left on previous visits...never again. read more

Messed up my order 3 times..very so an loud in the back..don't think ill back to this one..good luck to others

Very clean and good value. The shakes are awesome. They were very nice to me because I have an allergy and I'm pregnant, so I can't have deli- non cooked meat. They refunded my money, thankfully. read more
