Agh! I am so tired of fast food restaurants getting so many poor reviews. Sure it can be inconsistent due to a number of things, but set your expectations! This Arby's was convenient for my errands that day, and as I was in between lunch and dinner it wasn't that busy at all. I was greeted through the intercom at drive thru by the auto greeting first and then promptly followed by a super nice staff member. They were thorough and went over all the options. I proceeded to the window and received my drink after payment. The wait wasn't long at all but definitely a wait that provided super fresh food! Both staff members I interacted with were all smiles and personable. I ordered 2 sliders, a small fry, and a medium drink. My fries were hot and crispy, and my sliders were huge! It was basically the same amount of protein you would've received on a regular sized sandwich. Flavour was great and everything was the perfect temperature. The outside of the building and parking lot were clean and calm. I did not go inside and cannot attest to that, but I will certainly revisit! read more

My third time visiting this Arby's in one week. First time I went I ordered a kids meal. It was pretty good. Service was good. Next day different manager, I ordered a kids meal guy at the service drive through was yelling at the manager who was yelling at him another employee at the fries was moving so slow the manager yelled at her and the employee had attitude with the manager. Then the big guy making the sandwiches was sloppy and just tossing them in the front. I got my food It was OK. Third time I went I asked for crinkle fries they give me curly instead because they didn't have crinkle cut fries, ready. Instead of asking, they just gave me the wrong ones. Then my sandwich was poorly made. Staff was unprofessional and restaurant was not clean. What is it with fast food restaurants not being able to find good help? And the help they have is questionable. No wonder so many are closing. read more

The crispy fish sandwich is often on special and makes their competition look silly. A sizable piece of fish makes for a great sandwich.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. EVER!!! Arby's is generally our favorite fast food chain, so on our way home today, we spotted this one in Germantown and decided to have lunch. What a mistake! While there were several employees behind the counter, my husband actually had to ask for someone to come and take our order; a young woman finally did so and had a surly attitude. We found a table littered with crumbs, which we had to clean off, as the other tables were worse. I went up to the self-serve counter to get condiments from the "pump machines" and saw the lid was partially off and the containers were nearly empty. I had to ask for packets at the counter, and they were tossed at me. (And by the way, the self-service soda area had a sign on it that it was out of order.) The dining room was dirty, littered with straw papers, napkins, and food on the floor and under the tables. Debris was heavy on the floor line that hugs the walls. This was so compacted in some places that it was obvious a thorough cleaning hadn't been done in some time. But the worst part was when I went to the restroom. It was so filthy and the sink wasn't draining. I can't imagine when it was last cleaned well. I couldn't even use the restroom due to fecal material on the toilet seats! I wondered since this is what employees also used, how safe is our food? Good question. We didn't eat it! There is nothing positive to say about this Arby's location; I wish I could give it 0 stars. Shame on the manager for letting this restaurant get this bad. The next visitor there should be the local health inspector. read more

Alway delivers good food. Respectful and attentive employees. Theymade a billing mistake, did the right thing and called his manager which they fixed immediately. Can't say about ambiance as I used drive thru. Only drawback they really need to use hair nets. Had 2 black curly hairs in my gyros. Just saying would hurt to do a through back. read more

Arby's is the fast food king of "the meats", but I don't know of them being fast. The one near me was SOOOOO slow and closed during COVID. So when I see one, I stop my for my favs, the Gyro and curly fries. They also serve diet Dr Pepper, not just Diet Coke. Mind you, there can be no one in line in front of me at an Arby's and I expect a ten minute wait or more. There was one car in front of me, so I turned off my vehicle engine and settled in because it was a no pull away Drive Thru. To my surprise the car pulled off within minutes. I turned the corner, and there was just one car. Minutes later, my pooch and I are are eating a Gyro and munching on curly fries. Maybe it was my luckily day or the fast crew. But it was the rare quick trip to Arby's. Oh, and the food was hot too! read more

I'm A fan of Good Burger the movie. So when I saw Arby's Good Burger meal, I just had to get it. My family opted to get meals as well. We placed a on line order for pickup. Once we sat down for lunch immediately we noticed what we ordered is not what we got. The burgers didn't begin to even slightly resemble the ad we're very messy and undercooked. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and curly fries. The sandwich needed salt. The bun was soggy and was average. Overall the sandwich was sub par with little flavor. The curly fries were fantastic with great seasoning and cooked to a crisp. Inside the store looked very average and did not seem to be dirty or anything that was offensive. The service was fine and the lady who took my order was friendly. Overall, with the food being average I can not rate it over a 3 star. read more

Don't go here, rude staff with attitude. Update: I tried to talk to Stephanie the GM, it is no surprise why the employees have a bad attitude. She repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and hung up on me. What a joke. These people obviously have no fear of losing their position for being rude and disrespectful to their customers. Stephanie said she will pass my message along to the owner right before she hung up on me so we'll see if the message gets relayed. She also said the conversation was recorded. I really hope the owner listens to it so he can see first hand how rude this lady is. I also went to the link below in the automated response and filled out the form. Good value. The service is usually very quick and efficient. The lines move quickly. The only thing they need to improve is getting rid of the bell near the door. It is annoying and loud and customers should not be ringing it! read more

The person who took our order was the best. I looked for her when we were leaving to get her name but she wasn't at the counter. My husband and I split a smokehouse brisket sandwich and a chicken slider. Yum. Have you seen their turnovers? They are large and flakey and delicious. Love the ribbons of frosting on them. Husband asked for an apple turnover but when he bit into it it was cherry. He went back to counter and she remembered he had asked for apple so apologized and gave him an apple one. I think this is my final test of Arby's. I used to love the sandwiches here but there is a limit and I think they are there. I tried their new BBQ Steak sandwich and the meat was bad and the sauce was worse and don't even get me going with the the cheese like substance. In Wisconsin you would think they could find a good cheese but I am sure they have to go out of state to find whatever that was on the sandwich. read more

I like this Arby's. When their ads say about the meat is true! They really give you a good hearty sandwich. I have tried their gyros and they are good too. Depending on the time of day, their service is excellent (it can get crazy at noon time but hey, they do a good job of getting your meal out). Order a "fish sandwich, PLAIN, nothing on it; just a fish filet on a dry bun!" It's on the receipt AND I had to wait 15 minutes for it. Being it up to the front, "yo, I ordered this plain, I can't eat mayo, I'm allergic to eggs" "That's not mayo, it's tartar sauce" "Yeah, tartar sauce is made from mayo and relish" Stoop! Bad service, was over charged and after i caught the change amount they screwed that up twice. At the drive thru window for at least 5 to 6 minutes trying to get this correct. Manager very rude, non apologectic as was the cashier. GM calls me after i write a review on their reciept site, he apologizes, and said we'll send out a free meal coupon. I did not want nothing but he insisted. Well typical nothing comes a week later after he said I'll mail it out that day. Never will they get my business again. I enjoyed my visit to Arby's every time I purchase their delicious roast beef and chicken sandwich. Their service is quick and efficient. I especially like their bronze bell by the door to show their employees how well they are doing as a business. Many years ago - this Arby's was awful and I vowed that I would never set foot in there again. Then the restaurant closed for several months and they did a complete remodel - since than WOW!!! The service here is unbelievable - you are always greeted with a friendly hello - not just from the counter staff, but frequently from the kitchen staff as well - and they all seem genuinely happy to be working there. Service is prompt, food comes up quickly - if there is a hold up they let you know what is happening and offer to bring your food to you. At first I thought that this was just because of the remodel and the high energy exceptional service would fade over time - but it has been several years and if anything the service has gotten better. This is one of the best-run fast food establishments I have ever been to. read more
