One thing that really stood out was the teamwork. Everyone helped each other, whether they were working in the front or in the kitchen. You could genuinely tell they cared about creating a great experience for every customer, and that level of hospitality is hard to find. Now for the food... wow. This is easily one of my favorite places I've eaten while visiting Cleveland. I ordered the steak breakfast bowl, and let me tell you--do yourself a favor and order it! The steak was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly, and every bite was delicious. We also ordered the butter croissant with bacon, which was a huge hit, and the chicken and waffles. She very slowly handed out drinks to a table and asked if anyone in line was picking up an order--that answer was a resounding silence as it seemed everyone wanted to dine in. No more acknowledgement was given to the people in line. I noticed this place does not have real serve ware but only plastic takeout containers for DINE-IN...that seems super cheap, tacky and actually very wasteful for plastic one-use things. They didn't even invest in real cups as all waters and drinks were served in microplastic heavy styrofoam cups. We took this all in and stood in line for about 5 minutes before deciding this would definitely not be worth it for a 2hr wait.
