My most recent experience there was not great. I found myself waiting for about 35 minutes for two sandwiches I ordered via their mobile app. Luckily, I was not alone as there were four other people waiting along with me. I still for the life of me cannot figure out why the floor is ALWAYS greasy and slippery. On a prior visit, one of the workers insinuated that I was stealing someone else's meal. read more

Wendy's - People impatiently waiting - Burgers Near Me - Garfield Heights, Ohio

Don't even go. You will wait in line for 20-30 minutes without even being helped. I know it's just some kids in there but seems like there is zero management keeping track of things. read more

I have come to understand that they are trying to do a good job here. i have gotten to know some of the staff. our location suffers from having a difficult time staffing, so sometimes the doors are simply locked, when they're supposed to be open. its a disaster when i order on the app for pickup inside and find a locked door and long drive through line. i would often have trouble delivering doordash from here. but the food is good. so are the people. and they're open really late. It is nice inside, when theyre able to keep the door open. read more

Went for breakfast this morning. I asked if they were still serving breakfast? The said in a nasty tone we are on breakfast. I replied I only asked because the menus are on the lunch/dinner she cuts me off and says yeah I know they are frozen again in a nasty tone. You would think she would mention that in the beginning or even instruct customers to come inside to view the menu but NO! It's the big light skin manager ( unprofessional). If she doesn't like her job she needs to quit. She is never happy in the morning, I experienced this on multiple occasions in the drive thru with her. It's clear she is not a morning person or customer friendly . Manager is Terrible. read more

Walked in at 2:50PM - the floors were very dirty and slippery to move on. I waited in line until 3:17 until ordering, and used a coupon from the app to get BOGO Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. Had to ask for a drink cup, and was only given a single Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. Unfortunately staff was not friendly and treated me like an inconvenience. Other customers walking in turned right around seeing the line, and considering the amount of things I still have to get done today, I wish that I had as well. read more

Not one to leave reviews but hands down worst fast food place in the area. Staff is very rude. I have waited in the line for almost 45 minutes and it is becoming a reoccurring issue. The first time I waited for 30 minutes only to find out there machine is broken. Not sure if this place has a manager because I've been here multiple times in the past month and it's the same story. Machines are broken. Also, They gave me my wrong order and then took it back to give to the next customer in line. This place needs new management read more

The lines are snail slow. The staff is unprofessional. You may or may not get what you order the first time. The food is cold. The final straw was being 3rd in line and still waiting in line 15 minutes to find out they are accepting cash only today. I will not wait any more time or money into this restaurant. read more

This restaurant has consistently been rude and find comfort in purposely allowing people to remain in their lines without notifying customers when they are out of products and not accepting debit cards. This is not a very coolerativway of handling covid or apply satisfactory customer service. read more

It's currently 8:58pm on a Monday with closing hours at 12am. A huge line with a 30+ min wait and the rudest girl said that they're closed. You could have just informed everyone in the line. Yikes. read more

Best place to go if you just want fast food without the fast. They legitimately only take 1 drive thru order at a time. Like you cant order until the one car at the pick up window gets their food. To get a frosty, it took me almost 20 mins due to their process. If you cant tell, the 5 stars is simply so that this review shows up on top. read more

Wendy's - Gross - Burgers Near Me - Garfield Heights, Ohio

I arrived to this Wendy's with only 1 car in front of me. I pulled up to the window and the manager said that their system was down and I asked does that typically take 45 minutes. He used an extremely rude tone and I asked his name. He said he didn't have a name and closed the window and walked away. I went to the next window and asked the woman what her supervisors name. She was instructed to close the window by her supervisor and they closed the window and walked away and left me sitting there. Very rude service. I will not return and I would not advise anyone to go to this location. read more

Slowest service ever. The drive thru wait gives you the impression all their food is made to order, from scratch, by 1 worker, on their first day. Drive to the Independence location it's only 10 minutes away...save yourself the time read more

Why are ALL Wendy's so sooooo slow!!! This time I decided to time this one. I got in line 11:16 P.M, when I got to the speaker 11:48 then she told me to hold on for 3 minutes. Then when she took my order she said they had no salads and no frostier.Seriously!!!! I was in line this long and I finished the whole transaction at 11:53. Also they had no mask on!!!! My fries was not warm because I ate some while I was jotting the time on my phone. Won't be back. McDonald's is faster! read more

Ungodly slow at this location. Needs addressed with management,, leadership, entire crew. Ridiculous.

I had placed a large order through drive though today 9/14 and not only were the employees pleasant but they got the order right down to the sauce packets. Excellent customer service and attention to detail! thank you! read more

Once again Wendy's does not get the order RIGHT! I don't understand how you make it a point to SAY NO CHEESE and then the sandwich come with DOUBLE CHEESE! I did call and the on duty manager said either bring back the sandwich or receipt for a replacement. Which would be fine if all I had to do in my life is go to Fast Food Restaurant and wait for them to get it RIGHT! This not the only Wendy's I go to and it seem like no one at Wendy's understand what NO means! I would say maybe their training should be basic reading and comprehension of word skill is need. read more

Wendy's did not care about this customer. The fries were very brown and had a burnt taste. PIcked up my Sprite and top popped off and lost entire Spite in passenger seat..ice and all..not even a taste. Called manager and was told that the grease was old and then said it wad VERY old and wouldn't be changed till tomorow and she cannot do anything about it till her boss says so.She then said they also have faulty tops. Never offered to replace items or anything. Attitude was..that is how it is and its just my loss. Let customers know before you serve old grease and burnt fries to see if thats ok with them and warn is tops are faulty. I would have said no to Very old grease.Corporate needs to know this. . read more

They were VERY rude. They missed one of my burgers & when I came back around RIGHT AWAY, they claimed we had the 3rd burger. We were in line for 15 min in total between both cycles around.
