This is the MCD we have on Turney. For all the good and all the bad. We have this McDonald's and they have me. From sea to shining sea, and overseas, you can nuggets and Mac sauce. But this McDonald's has my back, so I've got theirs. I have Big Macs, QPCs, Filets, nuggets. Breakfast. Iced Tea, coffee, happy meals, McRibs. The Regulate what is important. They have a tough job trying to keep everyone happy. Sometimes they don't get around to clean as much as they like. But everyone loves these fries. Ice cream cones.. I know some of the reasons this place struggles to be perfect. Because it's not easy to keep every single man, woman, and child satisfied at our McDonald's. But when it hits the fan, the young MAN in charge today stepped up and protected me from an unruly, foul-mouthed group of our future adults picked the wrong old man to mess with. The Man in charge practically put his arm around me and said "leave this MAN alone!!" To the group of youths. The names they called me were not fit to print in this space. But I gave them some names right back. So I guess I coulda backed down. But I'm a MAN. So I served up some disrespect right back. In the old days, they Mama woulda whooped they asses if they heard what this group of punks did. R'mandre (sorry if that's misspelled) had my back, and he seems to be the manager in charge. He and I both agreed this was a matter for the police to assist us. No cap. We didn't want that, we needed the help of the police to make sure nobody got hurt. The kids hurled disrespect and epithets. They hurled drinks and objects. Then the bounced right out the door by the cops, the manager and me, JZ. I'm happy I stopped in. I know there's McDonald's that don't have to deal with these types of kids. I'm sad it came to this. But in the end, I say, FIVE STARS. When I order my fillet fish sandwich,. I thought there was gonna have fish, but when I open the box, there was no fish Just cheese and sauce Obviously I was very disappointed. I couldn't even eat my sandwich. Luckily, I had a piece of frozen fish in my freezer that I put in the air fryer and slapped on my sandwich because I didn't feel like going back to the McDonald's. read more

I never read reviews prior to leaving my own. But I'm always concerned why the business has one star. But when I order my food. I get 5 star service and food. I was greeted professionally via intercom. I was served quickly at both windows. My food tasted great. I had no problems. So why does this place have low stars. This location is the worst one around, I'm so glad I chose not to work here! They always have the worst customer service, management and crew members are always horse playing and talking loud while saying obscenities in front of customers. The dining room is constantly dirty, and bathrooms are apparently not cleaned regularly like they're supposed to be. They need to hire some new employees because they treat this place like a playground and not like a JOB! They seem like they just don't care about the workplace and it's just sad. The food always takes forever especially after 6/7 PM. My nuggets were good but that's only because the person ahead of me ordered two 50 piece nugget boxes so they were made fresh. FYI: This review is for anyone considering a job opportunity a McDonald's on Turney Rd. My daughter just left a position there for unfair treatment. If have a social condition or are a teen most likely you going to be mistreated. There is a lot of yelling at the workers by the Supervisor/manager. I spoke to the owner he referred to the employee as "those people ". He is more worried about making money than how the staff is being treated. Be careful before taking a job there. Such a GREATTTT place, ordered a cheese burger large meal, the service here is outstanding, a nice young man took the time out of his day to make sure everything I got was correct for me. 10/10 would go here again and the managers here are great and the place is great. We just went through the McDonald's drive-thru at the Turney Rd location. Not only did we sit and wait for over 10 min, but when I received my order, it was wrong. I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese, no cheese on the sandwich and I was charged for the extra for the cheese. 2 Sausage, egg & cheese McMuffins, no bread. Again, charged extra for cheese that we did not receive. Not a difficult order. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to that location again. Every time I go, something is either wrong or forgotten. I don't mind paying extra for the extra things I want, but I don't appreciate paying extra and then not receiving what I paid for. read more

Literally the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to, and I'm including the Wendy's that gave me food poisoning twice.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I ever attended in my life. I was just there today all I ordered was a coffee and a plain English muffin toasted dark I was behind at least five cars and when I pulled up to the window they wanted to pull me up to wait on some damn toast. And then the manager comes over and she whisper something to the worker at the window and said a cuss word and when I asked her what she said of course she act like she didn't say anything. Needless to say the service there is horrible my fiance went there the other day and order the quarter pounder with cheese when he got home it was Bloody meat red. Then they had to nerve to make him wait over 10 minutes for another sandwich this place needs management to step in and step up and stop hiring a bunch of kids and people that don't take pride in their work. I went today to the one on Rockside,ordered the sausage/egg cheese McGriddle,with a black coffee.Menu board said$6.19.Come to the window and the cashier from hell with the bad acne,said $6.48.I said no,it's $6.19!!! in a very rude and condescending tone,she said," that's if you get a pop,you have an upgrade.What!!!! I said instead of holding up this line,go get your manager.He brought his flaming self to the window and said "$6.48!! Who in their right mind rates McDonald's?? And who in their right mind keeps track of how many times/year they go to a McDonald's? Obviously someone who has a lot of time on their hands! All McDonald's are better in the mornings because the veterans work at that time. The evenings are staffed with kids and therefore the work ethic and standards suffer. This is the standard for nearly every single McDonald's in the United States.
