All of the meat is pre-frozen and never fresh yet tasty nonetheless. Ditto for all of the other food. The cheese is heavily processed yet yummy. The curly fries are consistently overcooked. All of the food is extremely salty. The staff is not as polite and efficient as it is at other Arby's locations. Prices are very high thanks to the 34% fast food inflation during the prior presidential administration, so please do not blame Arby's for that. The neighborhood is gorgeous, clean, and safe. Thanks to conservative judges, criminals are imprisoned here unlike in nearby Philly. read more

Still, I had a sudden desire for a simple fried fish sandwich, and looking around I noticed that the chain was advertising the Hawaiian King Fish Sandwich Deluxe as a special deal. Sandwich, fries and soft drink for $11 and change. I drove down to the Oxford Valley Road store and ordered it with the Curly Fries option and medium Diet Dr. Pepper. The place was fairly empty, so I decided to have a seat and consume on the premises. The Sammy itself was freshly made and was quite satisfying with tartar sauce, lettuce and tomato. The King Hawaiian roll did its job of adding a mild sweetness to the affair. The large breaded flounder filet was crispy and tasted good. Yet, the potato curlies were dull, dry and left an aftertaste of used cooking oil that is still with me more than a two hours after returning home and brushing my teeth. The absolute ignorance of an employee who took my order #276 on Friday at 6:10:03 pm was unbelievable. I told this young person I wanted 4 each, plain roast beef sandwiches. I did not want tomato, burger sauce, red onion, shredded lettuce, processed American cheese, or any of that stuff on it, from the sign he pointed to. Twice he was told this. He keyed in everything to be excluded. The order came out with four roast beef sandwiches with all that stuff on it. I asked how hard is it to make a plain roast beef sandwich, slice the meat, put it between the buns. He then proceeded to tell me if it is that easy, come back there and make them myself. That was the last straw, with him repeating this more than once. I asked for the Manager, told him I didn't want any of this order now, due to this co-workers ignorance toward a customer. I simply wanted my money back; which he did put in for it to go back to my debit card. Never again, will I go to this Arby's again. Last visit I asked for no sauce on my Gyro. Arby's must be short for Arbitrage because the menu is complicated and it's expensive to play. I'm an old school guy so a classic roast beef, cheese and horseradish sauce will generally suffice along with some fries and a soft drink. However, for $12, you're much better off going to an actual deli and getting the genuine article for a price too close to the Arby's baseline to settle for the fast food equivalent. Arby's is terrific but the price leaves a bad taste in my mouth. You can do better. read more

This Arby's seems to not get much luv. But with my experience from the time I walked in I had no issues. My order was placed in no time. The food came out quickly. Everything was done just how I liked it. The place was very clean and so was the bathrooms to. Only problem I had and because it's only getting 4 stars was when u sit down to eat inside they have the sauces you can get for your food. Only problem was half of them were empty. So had to ask for the squeeze packs but some of the others did have sauce. About 6 sauces to choose from only 3 worked... Not a big deal. Zero stars. Giving one is generous. I've gone to Arby's exactly twice in my entire life. Once about 20 years ago, I tried it, and I thought it was trash. I decided maybe I should give it another try after all this time. I was wrong to go against my instincts. I placed a simple order on their app ahead of time, and waited at least 10 minutes past the expected time that the food was supposed to be ready by before going to pick it up, but I somehow still arrived 35 minutes too early. Never have I waited in a drive thru line for longer than I did tonight for one sandwich and some fries. When I finally got to the pickup window, no one even acknowledged my presence for at least 10 minutes before coming to say anything to me. It was as if everyone inside was pretending the window wasn't there. I am 99.9% sure the car ahead of me had left in frustration without their food because they were handed one drink, sat at the window for another 15 minutes, never got handed anything else or spoke to anyone else at the window, and then just drove off. On top of all that, I got home and the sandwich I ordered was drenched in the sauce I specifically edited on my order to not be included on it, so it went directly into the garbage. I used to eat at this Arby's often however the changes made to the management and staff have been awful. I waited for over 20 minutes for food while 4-5 people came in left with their food before me. The female manager said it was because the male in back doesn't speak much English and was working alone. I could not believe what I saw. Superbowl sunday we stopped in around 2PM for lunch. The red faced kid at the counter was playing with his hair, its cropped short but it is blonde. I know this because he kept taking it off to flick his hair while standing at the counter. He was also handling money and touching (Wiping?) his nose with the back of his hand. When he went to put the food on the tray he then after all this KEPT TOUCHING THE FOOD! No, not the wrapper or the fry sleeve, but the actual fries scooting them back into the sleeve after he flopped them down. The Manager (?), whoever was helping him with the register stuck her fingers inside the cups when she pulled them out and put them on the tray. Seriously? It's an Arby's, with its own unique fast food taste and version of classic sandwiches - not a deli. We stop at this one every once in a while. Husband loves the French dip, I like the Reubens for what they are. The curly fries are good, and we like the three pepper sauce for dipping the fries. Staff here have always been pleasant. 4/10/17 update : Ordered the traditional Greek gyros today. Excellent! Listed as limited time only, but I hope they keep this on the menu permanently. Mystified at the one and two star reviews for this location. Bonus. Although we've never had the occasion to try it, this location posts that it honors expired coupons. read more

This Arby's is terrible. Will not let me add peppers to another sandwich, saying the Angus meat come with the onions /peppers already mixed in. That's bullshit. Other stores have honored this request. I've also seen it Angus' served without onions /peppers, and i doubt these chuckle heads would pick them out for you. Most annoying thing is their flimsy paper bags. They rip easily and the idiots always want to stuff them completely full, maximizing the chance the bag will fall apart. I also came very close to ruining a car seat. Had two baked potatoes. They use flimsy containers for those too, perhaps they microwave it in the container and it warps it causing the lid to not deal? Anyway, they put some flimsy rubber band around each container because the lid would not stay on, as if that would help. Then of course they put these on the bottom of the bag and back filled the bag with all the other items. As the drive thru clown was struggling to wrestle the bag out the window I noticed the huge grease stain covering the bottom of the bag (luckily). Potato containers were leaking butter. I pointed out the problem and she still got snotty about it. Turns out they have perfectly capable plastic bags available but you only get those if you beg. I love some of the food there, always have, but this particular store seems to be overrun with schmohawks and it just isn't worth the hassle, especially not with their premium pricing. Update: 4 months later these guys still suck. Same crappy service. I went inside this time. While waiting in the lobby I almost slipped and fell while STANDING in one place. The floor is sooo greasy that my feet started slipping apart. Can't imagine how that would have worked out on a rainy day. On the way to the car I did this twist/moonwalk dance step in the flower bed to get the grease off my shoes and hopefully keep it off my brake pedal. read more

I literally was just trying to order a couple combos and some mozzarella sticks for the fam, and she was being rude as hell and rushing me.. talking 100 mph like "is that it? Is that all? I've been coming to this Arby's for about a year now because it's the closest one to my house. I don't usually rate fast food places because the food tends to (usually) be consistently good/bad/okay across the board for different chains; i.e. it usually tastes the same or very similar at any chain. However, what varies is the service so that's the most important part of my review. This Arby's has amazed me, in an especially bad way. To get right to the point, there is absolutely no instance in my time coming here where they got my order 100% correct. And I've been here quite a few times. There is ALWAYS, ALWAYS something wrong. I go through the drive thru 90% of the time. I'm thinking that it's that "fake person taking your order" recording they play when someone pulls up to the drive thru that has them absolutely not paying attention to what anyone says. I almost always get a gyro here. My two specifications are no tomatoes, and add extra sauce on the side. Always, without fail, EVERY single time, something goes wrong with these two extremely simple requests. Several times there were tomatoes still on the sandwich (and actually an employee told me they'd remake it, but when I get the sandwich back all they did was take off the tomatoes, which I could tell because the tomato goop and seeds were still in there). Other times, it's like the employees have never learned what EXTRA sauce on the side means. I've even clarified that this means put the normal amount of sauce on the sandwich and then give me a cup of additional sauce on the side. They make no mistake in consistently CHARGING for the extra sauce, but often do not put any sauce in the sandwich, just giving me the small cup on the side. I thought it was quite clear what the meaning of EXTRA is. I just came back from a drive thru trip in which the latter situation was the issue. No sauce was inside the sandwich. To top it off, the meat in the sandwich was ice cold as if it'd been sitting for hours and they couldn't even bother to reheat the gyro meat for the sandwich. Gyros aren't meant to be cold meat sandwiches. I'll likely stop coming here due to extreme lack of attention to detail by the employees. I'm just so amazed that this is the case EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Not a one-off. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. read more
