Gyros are pretty good! I enjoy the Greek gyro. Soft bread, generous portion of fillings. S tdd aff was friendly and helpful when ordering from drive through. I was in and out in a timely manner. The coupon for a $3 gyro brought me in. I'll be back! read more

Stopped in after their remodel, and was sadly underwelmed. The remodel it's self was nice, new booths and tables & chairs, nice bright colors. The food was mediocre at best, it was not warm and my bun was stale. The store it's self was filthy with food and trash all over the floors and tables. The trash bins had a build up of gunk that was nasty. I honestly could not believe that it was that filthy. Looks like while they remodeled the store, they didn't upgrade the management. Its sad to see Arby's corporate spend the money they did on such a poorly ran store. read more

I am only giving a 1 star because I can't give 0. The portions at Arby's are absolutely horrolible. There is always about 1/4 the meet on my sandwich that is shown in the pictures. When I order I expect to get the the same thing the pictures shows I am ordering. It doesn't matter what sandwich I order, they are all just about meatless. And the tables have never been washed. They expect their customers to put their trash in the trash can, and they never wash them. Which causes people to sit at tables with other peoples germs. I have seen people cough and sneeze all over the tables. I say "We should never put our trash away. That way they workers will know the which tables need to be cleared off and washed free of germs". Arby's in Enid has great food and customer service. Prices for a meal range from $7-10, depending on your meal. The variety of the menu is refreshing. It's a pretty busy restaurant, so lots of people must enjoy it. read more

If you've read previous reviews you know my biggest pet peeve is ordering French fries and having to ask for ketchup. I am happy to finally be able to leave a good review, when getting to the window the first thing she asked me is if I wanted ketchup. Good for you Arby's! I've eaten at Arby's and the food is not so much. The reason for 1 star is that stupid commercial that airs on every channel. We have the beef is the most obnoxious commercial I have ever listened to. As long as that commercial is airing, I will never go back. I'm so frustrated with Arby's featuring delicious looking sandwiches on ads and pictures on the menu only to give you something not even close to the picture. I gave them a final chance to impress me with the real thing. I guess it's just not possible for them. I ordered the smokehouse brisket which looked so good in the picture, with lots of meat and big plump onion rings on top of the meat. What I got was a couple of slices of .......it's questionable, either ham or brisket - really dry and bland. The onion rings looked like a couple of pieces of onion scraped from the bottom of the grease can. The sandwich was about a third the size of how the picture looked. I used to love Arby's, but it has been years since I've had a good experience with them. This location is not the only one that makes terrible looking sandwiches. I experienced the same thing in Houston and Oklahoma City. I travel a lot and need a good fast food occasionally. I am done with Arby's! read more
