After receiving the wrong order at the drive up returned to get the correct order and was treated very rudely by the shift manager. We ordered classic roast beef and received some type of chipped beef. The manager insisted they were classic sandwiches. I don't get here as often as I'd like to. I like the fact that they are right by Walgreens, so I can run the access road and be at Arby's. I tend do the drive thru but back in the day would take my daughter inside after going to Crown Theatre and I remember a lot of fun at the Legos table they had. Standard fixture here in Crown Point - been coming here since mid 90's if not before. Always been pleasant. What I like best - menu changes? No worries. Every single time pleasant and willing to tell me what they now have. When I have been pulled up, super, super nice when they bring my food out. They have a value menu ( i think it is like a pick so many and get a discount) which is always a plus. My fav is the rueben but I also have tried and liked the gyros and gyros salad. My mom raves about the fish sandwich so sometimes I make a stop for them around Lent. Those lil sliders are also a nicely done sandwich. Cashier walked me through the choices recently and was super nice while doing so. Not a big fan of curly fries. Liked the steak fries with sea salt, and the jalapeno poppers but all in all - always has been a good experience. read more

Did not have jalapeño poppers available and refused to give me extra Bronco Berry Sauce for my order even though I said I'd pay for it. Something about there being a "restriction" on the amount they give out and that a button for extra sauce "didn't exist" for them to charge me for it. Then hands me my order with only one bronco berry sauce when they said their restriction was two and tried to have me pull off without giving me my drink. Arby's is way too overpriced to be tripping about giving people extra sauce for an order let's be very serious... -Side note just got home and realized they initially didn't give me ANY bronco berry sauce. Love Arby's but not this location & sometimes they're just having a rough day but this experience tonight makes me feel that i might actually stop giving business 2 Arby's period. September 25, 2021 - If I could post a negative number of stars I would. I drove up to the drive thru with two vehicles in front of me. Of course the dining room was still closed even though almost every dining room in this county is OPEN. After one minute both vehicles were waiting ahead of me and within 15 minutes both were gone. The two vehicles behind me were tired of waiting and left. After more than 20 minutes of waiting to place my order we left. As we drove past the drive thru window we did not see anyone inside the drive thru window, behind the counter, or in the back. We drove all around the parking lot to see if there were any vehicles in the parking lot and only found one. I find it hard to believe these companies cannot find a teenager to work on a Saturday afternoon. This location should lose it's franchise. No excuse to open up with one employee! read more

I have been craving Arby's for about 2 weeks now. I stopped by the Crown Point, Indiana location after work to place an order. I was asked for a name on my order and I gave the name Trump. I often give different names just to have fun when I order food. The cashier then huddled with 2 other girls that work there and they began talking lowly while occasionally giving me looks. It was obvious I was the topic of their conversation. A 2nd young girl handed me my order and called out the name Biden while staring me down. I said that is not my order I'm waiting on the order for Trump. The girl just continued staring me down with a slight smile. I said I would like my order for Trump now and she just kept staring at me. I then ask for the manager so that I can receive a refund and explain to him what happened. He apologized immediately. The 3 girls all went off to the side in a huddle to continue their conversation and one of the girls yelled very loudly that I must also be racist and sexist. By the way I am a minority. She is not. The manager did apologize again and said he would talk with her, but I think something more needs to be done to address that despicable and unprofessional behavior. Save your money and do not visit this establishment. I called customer service and requested a call back. I'm not holding my breath, but we'll see what happens read more

Pulled to the drive thru and asked, "If the your store is driving thru only, why don't you just post a sign? Silence " I don't understand the question!!" We went through the drive thru about an hour ago. All of the lights were off but all of the restaurant lights on Main St were also. We met Hannah through the drive thru and she was so sweet! I'm an Arbys fanatic and having someone so kind and personable definitely made our experience better. We were a tad confused but she helped us navigate the menu even though we couldn't see anything lol! Our curly fries were so fresh I burnt my mouth a tad, but that's always the best part. I had a coupon for 3 Arbies beef sandwiches for 6.99 plus I ordered a curly fry and a Roast Chicken Bacon & Swiss and they gave me a Chicken Bacon & Swiss...two totally different sandwiches and the whole reason I went there plus I ordered the Classics Roast Chicken Sandwich and they gave me a regulars roast beef sandwich. I never have good experiences at this location, orders are wrong frequently; they run out of stuff and don't tell you but rather just switch the order to what they have; machines will go down and they only accept cash but don't tell you until you go to pay after ordering and waiting in line. I just had ordered from Arby's the drive through at the crown point location. I drive all the way home not to mention I do not live in crown point I live 40 mins away from the location actually. So I arrive home to open my " beef and cheddar sandwich's" to find that none of them are beef and cheddars and they have one slice of beef on the sandwiches. I ordered through the drive thru a BLT sandwich got home to my surprise I have a mayonnaise and lettuce sandwich now I know ordering a BLT you are not going to get a lot of bacon and there were a few broken pieces on the one half.
